| With the increase in people’s demand for Panax notoginseng,Panax notoginseng began to be planted in large areas.Yunnan,as the main production area of Panax notoginseng,has deteriorated the ecological environment of the soil of Panax notoginseng inter-roots due to the large-scale single planting in the production for many years,and the phenomenon of continuous cropping obstacles is quite serious.The idle time of Panax notoginseng repair is 8to 10 years longer than that of the general,and the long cycle of crop rotation is an important reason restricting the sustainable development of Panax notoginseng industry,and the obstacle of Panax notoginseng continuous cropping is the main reason restricting the development of Panax notoginseng.In order to explore the effect of soil disinfection and soil improvement in overcoming the emergence rate and incidence of continuous cropping obstacles.Taking the annual 37 seedlings as the test objects,2 disinfection levels of Y(soil steam disinfection machine disinfection)and X(quicklime disinfection)were set;J(bagasse corn straw mixing66.67 kg/mu),G(organic soil matrix 1000 kg/mu),JG(straw and organic soil matrix mixing)three improvement methods were set;the responses of soil fertility,microbial quantity,enzyme activity,Sancho morphology,seedling emergence rate and incidence under a total of 8treatments were observed.The basic soil properties of Panax notoginseng soil were 0.48 g/kg,total nitrogen 0.50 g/kg,total phosphorus 0.66 g/kg,organic matter 15.78 g/kg,available nitrogen 12.02 mg/kg,available phosphorus 22.23 mg/kg,and available potassium 177.84mg/kg.The main results are as follows:(1)The two disinfection methods significantly reduced the number of soil microorganisms and enzyme activities,and the number of bacteria,fungi and actinomyce bacteria in the soil by steam engine disinfection Y and quicklime disinfection X decreased by79.21% and 23.37%,60.63%,62.06%,83.96% and 109.67%,respectively.However,the effect on soil fertility(ammonium nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium,organic matter,total nitrogen)was not significant(P>0.05),and there was no significant effect on the activity of three enzymes of soil enzymes,catalase,phosphatase and urease(P>0.05).The improvement significantly increased soil fertility and soil microbial quantity and enzyme activity in the Panax notoginseng root area.(2)Soil disinfection and soil improvement treatment both promote the growth of plant height and stem thickness at the seedling stage of Sanchi,steam machine disinfection with straw improvement treatment YJ is most conducive to the high growth of plants at The Sanchi seedling stage,which is 2.4 times that of CK,and steam machine disinfection with straw +organic soil matrix mixing and improvement treatment YJG is most conducive to the thick growth of stems at the Sanchi seedling stage,which is 2.68 times that of CK.(3)Quicklime disinfection is better than the disinfection of the disinfection machine,while the effect of inhibiting the incidence of Panax notoginseng is weaker than that of the disinfection machine.Soil disinfection and improvement promoted the growth of tall stem thickness of Panax notoginseng at the seedling stage,of which XJ and YJ treatment had the best effect on the high increment of Panax notoginseng,followed by XJG and YJG treatment,while XG and YG treatment effects were not obvious.The YJG treatment was most pronounced for the coarse growth of the Panax notoginseng stems.(4)Soil steam engine disinfection and quicklime disinfection,as well as the addition of straw and organic soil substrate can effectively alleviate the alleviating effect Barrier.Different disinfection methods and improvement methods have a significant impact on the emergence rate and incidence of Panax notoginseng,among which the seedling emergence rate of Panax notoginseng under XJG treatment is the highest(72.43%),the incidence of Panax notoginseng under YJG treatment is the lowest(7.08%),and the seedling emergence rate of quicklime treatment is generally greater than that of soil disinfection machine treatment,and the incidence of soil disinfection machine treatment is generally greater than the incidence of quicklime treatment.(5)In terms of the alleviating effect on the Panax notoginseng continuous crop disorder,in the performance of the plant height at the Panax notoginseng seedling stage,the alleviation effect of the YJ treatment was preferably 1.421;in the plant height of the Panax notoginseng vegetative growth period,the YJG treatment alleviated the strongest effect of 1.292;in the performance of the stem thickness of the Panax notoginseng seedling stage and the vegetative growth period,each treatment had a mitigating effect,and the YJG mitigation effect at the seedling stage was preferably 1.681;in the performance of the seedling emergence rate,only the XJG treatment had a mitigating effect,and the incidence of Panax notoginseng in May was YJG.XJG treatment had a mitigating effect,and in mid-June,only YJG treatment had a mitigating effect.In summary,through soil disinfection and soil improvement measures to treat the continuous cropping soil of Panax notoginseng,different soil disinfection methods and different soil improvement methods can promote the growth of Panax notoginseng by optimizing the soil environment for the growth of Panax notoginseng,improve the emergence rate of Panchichi seedlings,reduce the incidence of Panax notoginseng,and alleviate the obstacles of Panax notoginseng continuous cropping. |
