With the development of China’s agricultural modernization,the importance of plant factory is becoming more and more prominent,and people’s attention to plant factory is also increasing.Plant factories are an advanced form of agricultural production,and controlling light conditions is extremely important.As a light source with long service life,low energy consumption,strong brightness and sensitive response,LED lamp has been applied more widely in agriculture than traditional light source.In addition,the LED light source can intelligently control the illumination time and intensity and determine the appropriate light quality spectrum according to the characteristics of the crops.This experiment chooses "the beauty of the four seasons of gold" Chinese cabbage were used as material to use soilless cultivation methods,control temperature humidity and carbon dioxide concentrations,to ensure adequate water,selection of appropriate sessions were measured in normal light cycle by contrast,to explore the different illumination model,effects on the growth and quality of comprehensive energy efficient,choose one of the most appropriate lighting solutions,It provides scientific basis for light regulation of pakchoi growth in plant factory.The main research work and achievements completed are summarized as follows:(1)There were four groups of A(8.64mol·m-2·d-1),B(10.80mol·m-2·d-1),C(12.96mol·m-2·d-1)and D(15.12mol·m-2·d-1)with different daily cumulative light amount DLI.There were significant differences in morphological quality,photosynthetic indexes and energy saving indexes of pakchoi seedlings under different DLI treatments.With the change of DLI,the scores of pakchoi in each index were different,and the comprehensive score was the highest when DLI reached12.96mol·m-2·d-1.Considering that the comprehensive ENERGY saving effect C(12.96mol·m-2·d-1)was the best DLI for pakchoi,the comprehensive evaluation score of fuzzy mathematics did not improve significantly when the value was greater than this value.(2)Under the condition of best DLI,intermittent light used as Chinese cabbage seedlings,and found that intermittent illumination mode shape quality and light and small cabbage indicator majority of CK is higher than the normal light cycle control group,and will also vary between different frequencies of intermittent illumination,this indicates that the intermittent light can promote Chinese cabbage seedling growth and quality,intermittent light promoting effect of different frequency.(3)The intermittent light contrast to normal light cycle continuous illumination is more conducive to Chinese cabbage growth and quality improve,but does not reduce power consumption,reduced the service life of the LED light source,comprehensive energy consumption indexes can improve the utilization efficiency of energy conversion and light quantum intermittent illumination,higher energy efficiency,combined with the growth quality and energy saving effect to select an optimum illumination scheme,comprehensive thought,T3 treatment,i.e.1/8d LI +1/8 dark period,was the best light scheme.
