| China is the main producing area of garlic,and the output of garlic accounts for more than two-thirds of the global output.However,the way of planting garlic is still mainly artificial insertion.At present,the commonly used seed picking device on planters has the problems of unstable seed picking and high leakage rate,which seriously affects the seeding effect.Therefore,this paper designs a disturbance air suction garlic seed metering device for this problem.The main research conclusions include:(1)The overall structure and working principle of the perturbation pneumatic garlic seed metering device are expounded,and the structural parameters of the key components of the seed metering device are determined according to the particle dynamics analysis.The number of perforation combinations is 9,12 and 15,and the hole diameters are 6mm,8mm and 10 mm.(2)According to the number of perforation combinations and the parameter range of the diameter of the holes obtained by theoretical analysis,the average speed of the garlic population is used as the evaluation index,and the three operating speeds of 0.5km/h,1km/h and 1.5km/h are carried out respectively.The EDEM discrete element simulation of the three kinds of perforation combination seed-metering trays,and the influence of the three kinds of perforation trays on the disturbance intensity of garlic seeds was analyzed.maximum strength.On the basis of the EDEM simulation,the Fluent simulation test was carried out on three types of hole diameters with a number of holes of 9.By analyzing the pressure cloud map,the velocity cloud map,the turbulent kinetic energy cloud map and the adsorption force formula,it was determined that among the three types of apertures,the diameter of the three apertures was 8 mm,the type pores have the best adsorption effect on garlic species.(3)Carry out a four-factor and three-square orthogonal test on the seed metering device,take the seeding pass rate and missed seeding rate as the response values,and analyze the influence of each factor on the seeding pass rate and missed seeding rate through the response surface curve.The optimization test of the seed metering device was carried out to optimize the pass rate and the minimum missed seeding rate.The results show that the optimal parameter combination is: the number of tooth hole combinations is 9,the diameter of the hole is 7.2mm,the working speed is 1km/h,the working negative pressure-5.5KPa,the qualified rate of sowing is 88.54%,and the missed sowing rate is 6.34%,which meets the agronomic requirements of garlic sowing.(4)Setting up field test bench.The feasibility of the design of seed metering device was verified by field experiment. |
