| Agricultural modernization and rural construction in the new era are important issues related to the lives of Chinese people.Speed up the pace of agricultural informatization,the introduction of information technology into agriculture,reform and innovation of modern agricultural management mode,the use of information services to achieve agriculture,small production,large market organic convergence.Most of the previous farm production scheduling work is carried out by telephone,which leads to many intermediate links in personnel management and task planning,weak information technology support and low efficiency of personnel scheduling,making the traditional scheduling mode difficult to adapt to the development of agricultural production.Aiming at the problem of operator scheduling in traditional farms,a solution based on Beidou satellite positioning technology is proposed and a farm operation management system is constructed.Satellite positioning technology can accurately locate the position of the operator and record the historical trajectory of the operator.At the same time,it can grasp the distance between the task position and the position of the operator at the time of task scheduling.It can also real-time understand the staff situation in the implementation of the task,and grasp the implementation process of the task through the historical trajectory of the staff during the task execution.In addition,WEB real-time push technology can be used to achieve real-time interaction and message exchange between dispatchers and workers during task execution.The research of this paper mainly includes the following contents :(1)According to the needs of the current human resource allocation of farms,the problems existing in the current human resource allocation of farms are analyzed,such as the complexity of human resource allocation,low command efficiency,and poor scientific and technological support and management methods.On this basis,this paper presents a method to realize farm work management by using satellite positioning technology.(2)The functions required by the personnel role of the farm operation management system are analyzed.This paper studies javaweb development technology,database technology,personnel positioning technology,communication technology,message push technology and multi-objective optimization algorithm,and applies them to the system,which has certain research value and significance.(3)In view of the problem of personnel task scheduling in the current farm operation management,the tasks in the farm are classified according to the factors such as task type,personnel technical category and personnel type,and then the factors such as the completion of the historical task of the operator,the distance between the personnel and the task location,the time required to complete the task,salary and proficiency are comprehensively considered.Finally,the best candidates for performing the task are recommended after systematic calculation.(4)According to the characteristics of the current agricultural production site management,the development and design of the mobile client used by the operators,and the farm operation management system used by the farm managers and dispatchers,completed the realization and test of the system related function modules. |
