Light(light color, light intensity and light cycle)is one of the important environmental factors in the reproductive development of aquatic animals. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the effects of different light conditions on the reproductive development of aquatic animals for the development of aquaculture. Therefore,in this thesis,Exopalaemon carinicauda was used as the experimental material to explore the effects of different light colors and light intensities on its growth, survival, gonadal development, and physiological and biochemical indicators,in order to make clear the effects of different light colors and light intensities on the growth and development of Exopalaemon carinicauda, and provide a theoretical basis for the biological research of Exopalaemon carinicauda. The study also provied important reference significance for the selection of light condition parameters for intensive(industrialized)culture of Exopalaemon carinicauda and indoor parent artificial cultivation in the future. This thesis included four parts:1 Effects of different illumination on the growth, digestion, and nonspecific immune enzyme activities of Exopalaemon carinicaudaThe effects of five light colors(dark, full spectrum, green, blue and yellow light, photoperiodic L: D: 12:12,treated for 30 d)on the growth, digestion, and nonspecific immune enzyme activities of Exopalaemon carinicauda were studied. The results showed that the(1)The weight gain rate(WGR),specific growth rate(SGR)and survival rate(SR)of the full spectrum group were significantly higher than those of other groups exposed to other four light colors(P <0.05).(2)The chymotrypsin activity in stomach of the green light group was the highest.Theα-amylase(α-AMS)activity in stomach of the full spectrum group was the highest and was not significantly different from that of the dark group(P > 0.05).The lipase(LPS)activity in stomach of the yellow light group was the highest and had no significant difference with that of the dark group, green light group, and blue light group(P > 0.05).(3)The total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)activity and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)activity in hepatopancreas of the green light group were the highest and had no significant difference with those of the full spectrum group(P > 0.05).The activities of catalase(CAT),acid phosphatase(ACP),and alkaline phosphatase(AKP)in hepatopancreas of the full spectrum group were the highest. The lysozyme(LZM)activity in hepatopancreas of the yellow light group was the highest. The results showed that the growth and non-specific immune ability of Exopalaemon carinicauda(initial weight 1.066 ± 0.002 g)in this test specification were the best under the full light spectrum, and the digestive ability was better under the green light.2 Effects of different light intensities on growth, digestion and non-specific immune enzyme activities of Exopalaemon carinicaudaThe effects of six light intensities(natural lighting(0 ~ 1600 lx),300 lx,800 lx,1600 lx,5500 lx and 10000 lx,photoperiod L: D = 12:12,treated for 30 d)on the growth, digestion and nonspecific immune enzyme activities of Exopalaemon carinicauda were studied. The results showed that:(1)the SGR,WGR and SR in 1600 lx group were significantly higher than those in the other five groups(P < 0.05);(2)1600 lx group α-AMS activity and pepsin activity in stomach were the highest, but there was no significant difference with natural lighting group(P >0.05);The activity of LPS in stomach in 1600 lx group was the highest and significantly higher than that in the other five groups(P < 0.05).(3)The activity of SOD in hepatopancreas in 5500 lx group was the highest, which was significantly different from that in 800 lx group(P < 0.05);The activity of CAT in hepatopancreas in 10000 lx group was the highest, which was significantly higher than that in the other five groups(P < 0.05);The activity of AKP in hepatopancreas in 1600 lx group was the highest, but there was no significant difference with the other five groups(P > 0.05);The activity of LZM in hepatopancreas in natural lighting group was)was the highest, but there was no significant difference with 10000 lx group(P > 0.05).The results showed that under the experimental conditions and specifications, the growth performance, survival, digestive ability and non-specific immune system of E carinicauda(initial weight 0.366±0.013 g)under 1600 lx light intensity were the best.3 Effects of different light colors on ovarian development and related nutrients and estradiol content of Exopalaemon carinicauda femalesTo investigate the effects of light color on the growth and gonadal development of Exopalaemon carinicauda parents, the effects of six light environments(dark, full spectrum, green light, blue light, yellow light and red light, photoperiod L: D = 12:12,treated for 42 d)on the growth, ovarian development and related nutrients and hormones of Exopalaemon carinicauda females were studied. The results showed that:(1)WGR,SGR and SR in the full spectrum group were the highest, which were significantly higher than those in the other five light colorgroups(P < 0.05);WGR and SGR were the lowest in blue light colorgroup and SR in yellow light group;(2)The hepatopancreatic index(HSI)and gonadal index(GSI)in the full spectrum group were the highest, which were significantly higher than those in the other five light colorgroups(P < 0.05);HSI and GSI)in red light group were the lowest;(3)Total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and vitellogenin(Vg)in hepatopancreas was the highest, but the content of TC was not significantly different from the other five light colorgroups(P > 0.05);The content of TC in hepatopancreas in green light group was the lowest, the content of TG in hepatopancreas in blue light group was the lowest, and the content of Vg in hepatopancreas in red light group is the lowest;(4)The content of estradiol(E2)in hemolymph in the full spectrum group was the highest, which was significantly higher than that in the other five light color groups(P < 0.05);The content of E2 in hemolymph in green light group was the lowest. The results showed that the growth performance, ovarian development, accumulation of related nutrients and secretion of hormones of E carinicauda females(initial weight 1.56±0.03 g)were the best under full spectrum light.4 Effects of different light intensity on ovarian development and related nutrients and estradiol content of Exopalaemon carinicauda femalesTo investigate the effects of light intensity on the growth and gonad development of Exopalaemon carinicauda parents, five full-spectrum light environments with different light intensity(0 lx,100 lx,350 lx,600 lx,1600 lx and natural lighting(control group)(0 ~ 1600 lx),photoperiod L: D = 12:12,treated for 30 d)on the growth, ovarian development and related nutrients and hormones of Exopalaemon carinicauda females were studied. The results showed that:(1)WGR,SGR and SR in 100 lx group were the highest.WGR and SGR were significantly higher than those in the other five light groups(P < 0.05),and SR was also significantly different among groups(P > 0.05);(2)The HSI of 1600 lx group was the highest, which was significantly higher than that of the other five light groups(P < 0.05);The HSI of 100 lx was the lowest. The GSI of 100 lx group was the highest, which was significantly higher than that of the other five light groups(P < 0.05);The GSI of 1600 lx group(2.19 ± 0.04%)was the lowest;(3)The content of TC,TG and Vg in hepatopancreas in 100 lx group μg / m L)was the highest and significantly higher than the other five light groups(P < 0.05);(4)The content of E2 in hemolymph in 100 lx group was the highest.Except that there was no significant difference with0 lx group(P > 0.05),it was significantly different from the other four groups(P < 0.05);The content of E2 in hemolymph in 1600 lx group was the lowest. The results showed that the growth performance, ovarian development, accumulation of related nutrients and secretion of hormones of Exopalaemon carinicauda females(initial weight 1.962±0.011 g)were the best under 100 lx light intensity. This study could provide a reference for the selection of light condition parameters for intensive culture of Exopalaemon carinicauda and the selection of light condition parameters for indoor cultivation and ripening promotion of Exopalaemon carinicauda females, and could also provide more information on the impact of ecological and environmental factors on the growth, development and reproduction of aquatic animals. The thesis has 28 figures,4 tables, and 138 references. |
