| In the context of the normalization of prevention and control of African Swine fever,rapid diagnosis and non-contact measurement of individual pig information is an effective means to ensure the biosafety of pig farms.The intelligent non-destructive monitoring technology can monitor body size and body temperature of pig in real-time non-contact,which is beneficial to understand the health status,body condition score,adjust the feeding plan and identify sows in estrus.This experiment was based on machine vision equipment to take real-time non-contact infrared images and body size images of sows,and image analysis technology was used to obtain body temperature and body size values,which providing technical support for non-contact measurement of body size and body temperature for sow estrus identification,and promoting the application of intelligent non-destructive monitoring technology in large-scale pig farms.The following results were obtained in this study:1.A pig body size measurement software was developed,through which body length,body width and body height of pigs were measured,and the differences with the actual measured values were not significant(P > 0.05),indicating that the pig body size measurement software can accurately evaluate the pig body size values.2.A set of supporting technologies for identifying sows in estrus using Y3TB01 body temperature screening intelligent camera and Infrared Thermography-C3(IRT-C3)was developed,including accurate monitoring of sow body temperature and abnormal body temperature alarm using Y3TB01 body temperature screening intelligent camera;IRT-C3 measures the changes in eye,ear,cochlea,udder,haunch,vulva and rectual temperature of sows during the period of empty,estrus,days 1-8 of gestation and days 9-16 of gestation.3.Landrace primiparous sows: the critical temperature for estrus was 38.8℃,the highest udder temperature change was-3.22℃ and the average udder temperature change was-3.72℃from the empty period to the estrus period;the temperature difference between the empty period and 9-16 days of gestation,the highest udder temperature change was-0.69 ℃ and the average udder temperature change was-0.69 ℃,the udder is the key part for screening sows in estrus and sows returning to estrus.The detection accuracy of sows in estrus and sows returning to estrus was 82.5 % and 74.5 %,respectively.The critical temperature of estrus for landrace multiparous sows was 38.9℃.From the empty period to the estrus period,the highest temperature of the vulva change was-2.10℃ and the average temperature of the vulva change was-2.48℃;the temperature difference between the empty period and gestation days 1-8,the highest vulva temperature change was 0.90 ℃ and the average vulva temperature change was 0.90 ℃.The vulva was used as a key part for screening sows in estrus and sows returning to estrus,and the accuracy of detecting sows in estrus and sows returning to estrus was 87.3 % and 73.0 %,respectively.4.Large white primiparous sows:the critical temperature for estrus was 38.8℃,the highest temperature change of the haunch was-1.01 ℃ and the average temperature change of the haunch was-0.94 ℃ from the empty period to the estrus period;the temperature difference between the empty period and 1-8 days of gestation,the highest temperature change of the haunch was 0.39 ℃ and the average temperature change of the haunch was0.64 ℃,the haunch was used as a key part for screening sows in estrus and sows returning to estrus,and the accuracy of detection of sows in estrus and sows returning to estrus was 77.5 %and 70.8 %,respectively.Large white multiparous sows:the critical temperature for estrus was 38.8℃,the highest vulva temperature change from the empty period to the estrus period was-1.32 ℃,and the average vulva temperature change was-1.47 ℃;the temperature difference between the empty period and 9-16 days of gestation,the highest vulva temperature change was 2.10 ℃,and the average vulva temperature change was 2.57 ℃,the vulva was used as a key part for screening sows in estrus and sows returning to estrus,and the accuracy of detecting sows in estrus and sows returning to estrus was 88.2 % and 81.2 %,respectively.In summary,the pig size measurement software can accurately measure the body size of sows,maintain the optimal body condition of sows,and enable sows reach the optimal production level;the Y3TB01 body temperature screening intelligent camera can monitor the body temperature of sows in real time without contact and IRT-C3 can detect the temperature of key parts of the body surface of sows,identify sows in estrus and sows returning to estrus,shorten the non-productive time of sows and improve piglets weaned per sow per year(PSY). |
