Seedling production line is the core equipment to realize industrial seedling,and sowing parts are the key to determine the performance of seedling production line.The commonly used sowing parts are mechanical and pneumatic needle,which have the problems of seed injury and low efficiency.The vacuum-cylinder seeder can realize continuous seeding with high operation efficiency.Therefore,this paper designed a vacuum-cylinder seeder,and designed a continuous alignment tray sowing control method for the stability of its seeding position.At present,the tray supply mode of seedling production line mainly depends on manual work,and there is a problem of large labor.Therefore,an automatic tray supply device is designed,which can grab the stacked trays individually and place them on the seedling production line.Finally,the vacuum-cylinder seeder and tray automatic supply device were integrated into the seedling production line,and the operation performance test of the seedling production line was carried out.The main research contents of this paper include :1.Design of key components of tray seedling production line.The working process of the whole seedling production line was introduced,and a vacuum-cylinder seeder was designed to analyze the seeding process of the seedling production line according to its working principle.A tray automatic supply device is designed at the front end of the seedling production line,and the step lifting of the stacked tray is realized by the step feeding device.The grab-disc device grabs and moves the single tray,and finally is placed on the seedling production line.2.Analysis of airflow field of seed metering device.The cylinder was simplified and meshed according to its structure,and the airflow field models of positive pressure cavity,negative pressure cavity and suction hole were established.FLUENT software was used to analyze the airflow field,and the effects of rotational speed,negative pressure value and the number of circumferential suction holes on the airflow field were explored.Based on the principle of gas-solid coupling,EDEM and FLUENT software are coupled to simulate the working process of seed metering device and analyze the trajectory of seed metering under different positive pressures..3.Design of continuous alignment tray sowing control method.The control method of alignment tray sowing in seedling production line was designed.The dynamic characteristics of stepper motor were simulated and analyzed by MATLAB /Simulink,and the influence of roller acceleration and deceleration time on the control method was analyzed.By designing the input,control rules and output of the fuzzy controller,the position deviation of the cylinder sowing is eliminated,and the continuous alignment tray sowing of the cylinder and the tray is realized.4.Design and performance test of seedling production line control system.The software and hardware of the seedling production line control system are designed,and the control system is integrated into the seedling production line.According to the built mechanical and electrical system,the operation performance test of the seedling production line was carried out to verify the tray speed of the automatic tray supply device and the effect of continuous seeding control method on the tray.
