Abstract/Summary:
With the increasing of salinized land area in the world,how to solve the problem of soil salinization in an efficient,economical and environmentally friendly way has attracted people’s attention.Because the coastal area of Shandong province is large and the soil salinization degree is high,it is the most important reserve land resources of Shandong Province,so the improvement of salinized and alkaline land in this area is very important.Elaeagnus angustifolia is a typical saline-alkali tolerant multi-purpose tree with high nitrogen fixation ability and strong stress resistance,and is often used as vegetation restoration,farmland reclamation and windbreak sand fixation pioneer tree species.In recent years,with the rapid increase in the demand for improved tree species in saline-alkali land,Elaeagnus angustifolia has become a valuable resource.This test from the Hexi corridor in Gansu province were 26 strains,Through field test,pot experiment and data analysis,correlation analysis,single factor variance analysis and other methods were used to carry out relevant studies on the screening of superior lines,improvement of saline-alkali land and development of actinomycetes inoculation technology in Mazhuang saline-alkali land of Taian City,Shandong Province.The results showed that:1.Screening of superior lines of Elaeagnus angustifolia.by introducing Elaeagnus angustifolia from Gansu province and conducting cultivation tests in Mazhuang test base in Taian,Shandong Province,the test results showed that the introduced Elaeagnus angustifolia could grow normally in the saline soil of the test base.Firstly,the fruit quality and fruit shape index of Z1,Z2 and Z13 were screened.Lines Z4,Z11and Z1 belong to the long fruit.The strains J109,Z12 and J110 belong to the round fruit.Secondly,the growth potential and resistance indexes of different planted lines were analyzed.It was found that the plant height and base diameter of Z12,J104,J106 and J105 were larger and the growth potential was better under salt-alkali conditions.J106,J108,J101 and J103 had higher chlorophyll content and better photosynthetic performance under saline-alkali conditions.The leaves of Z1,J104,Z5and J106 were K+/Na+large.The content of MDA in leaves of J106,Z2,Z5 and Z1was low and the variation range was small.Z5,Z1,J106 and Z12 had high root activity and abundant nodules in underground parts.The results showed that Z1,Z2,J106 and Z12 were selected as the superior lines among 26 different strains planted in Mazhuang saline-alkali land of Taian city.2.Evaluation of saline-alkali soil improvement Effect.A field experiment was conducted in Mazhuang saline-alkali land of Taian city.It was found that soil p H decreased by 0.11 after 135 days of planting.The salt content of soil decreased from4.19‰to 3.97‰without treatment.Soil organic matter and soil total nitrogen increased by 11.2%and 24%,respectively.Soil calcium content increased significantly,while magnesium and iron content decreased,but iron content decreased slightly.Except for sucrase activities,soil urease,phosphatase and catalase activities showed the highest values at 135d>90d>45d>CK.The number of bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes in soil environment was higher than CK at 135d,soil microbial environment increased significantly,and soil microbial environment gradually improved.3.The isolation and culture of actinomycetes from the root system.the effect of inoculation technology was evaluated by using two different inoculation techniques,namely,JY and YC.According to the experiment,except CK,JY and YC both promoted the increase of soil total nitrogen content in July-September.The soil total nitrogen content in JY reached the maximum value in September,which was about0.47g·kg-1,while the increase of soil total nitrogen content in YC was not obvious compared with CK.JY treatment is superior to YC treatment.The number of root nodules in JY treatment was higher than that in YC treatment.From July to September,except POD activity increased linearly,SOD,CAT activity content increased firstly and then decreased.The activities of SOD and CAT showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The activities of SOD,POD and CAT in the leaves of JY treatment were significantly higher than those of YC treatment and CK.4.The study showed that,through the introduction of Elaeagnus angustiflolia from Gansu province,cultivation and adaptability identification in Taian test base of Shandong Province,according to the determination of the aboveground part,underground part and physiological indexes of different lines of Elaeagnus angustiflolia,the optimal line with good fruit quality and strong salt-alkali resistance was selected.Elaeagnus angustiflolia on soil physical and chemical properties and soilmicrobial environment change experiment,proved the narrow-leaved oleaster of Taian City Ma Zhuang saline soil is improved,the performance in reducing soil p H,soil salinity,increase organic matter,improve soil fertility,soil enzyme activity and soil environmental microbial content significantly increased,soil environment improved obviously.By using two different methods of potted narrow-leaved oleaster inoculated actinomycetes test showed that actinomycetes liquid water method of inoculation of Elaeagnus angustifolia promoting effect is significantly higher than the needle puncture method,performance in microbial water method and increase the quantity of soil total nitrogen content and root nodule,Elaeagnus angustifolia leaf antioxidant enzyme activity is higher than that of needle puncture method.Finally,we hope to better apply the technology of actinomycetes inoculation to improve the resilience of the plant.
