| At present,China is in the midst of a period of continuous global spread of new coronaviruses,fragile world economic recovery and severe climate change,and the task of economic and social development is heavy and arduous.To continue to ensure the stable development of the economy and society,to continue to promote the revitalisation of the countryside in a comprehensive manner and to do a good job in the “agriculture,the countryside and farmers” is the primary task of national development.This paper takes Bin County as the study area,analyses the changes in the comprehensive utilization benefit of cultivated land,selects 13 evaluation indicators that reflect the utilization status of cultivated land from three perspectives: economic,social and ecological,and uses the entropy value method and the coupled coordination model to measure and analyse the comprehensive utilization benefit of cultivated land in Bin County and the 17 townships under its jurisdiction during the 20-year period from 2001 to 2020.The study also used the barrier degree model and the grayscale prediction model to diagnose the obstacles to the benefit of cultivated land use in Bin County and to forecast the development trend of the comprehensive benefit of cultivated land use in the next five years;finally,the study proposed countermeasures and suggestions to improve the benefit of cultivated land use in the actual situation of Bin County.The results of the study show that:(1)from 2001 to 2020,the overall benefit of cultivated land use in Bin County has increased from a poor rating of 0.3376 to a good rating of 0.7890,with economic and social benefit both showing an overall increase;ecological benefit has shown a significant trend of first decreasing and then increasing.This further indicates that Bin County has neglected the protection of the ecological environment while developing social and economic conditions over a certain period of time,and the ecological environment has been more seriously damaged.In the future urbanization development,it is necessary to take the route of "social-economic-ecological" coordinated and sustainable development,to protect the black land and to stabilize food production.(2)Economic,social and ecological benefit must always be coordinated to ensure the maximum benefit of a cultivated land use.Establish a strong awareness of environmental protection.(3)The influence of ecological factors on the degree of barriers to the comprehensive utilization of cultivated land in Bin County reaches its peak in 2020.From 2009 to 2020,the biggest barrier to the comprehensive use of cultivated land is the amount of chemical fertilizers used per hectare,which is also related to the fact that local farmers rely excessively on chemical fertilizers in the cultivation process,and the low awareness of land protection and excessive use of chemical fertilizers in the pursuit of food production has led to a significant decline in the ecological benefits of cultivated land in Bin County.Therefore,in view of the soil fertility,the scientific use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides,and further encourage the mechanization of agricultural operations,expand the number of large-scale management of farmland,increase the investment in agricultural science and technology and the introduction of agricultural technical personnel,so as to improve the benefit of the use of cultivated land in Bin County;other factors such as the effective irrigation area of cultivated land,replanting index,and the load capacity of cultivated land also have a greater impact on the barrier degree of the use of cultivated land,so the construction of farmland water conservancy facilities and other aspects should also be promoted more vigorously.In view of the current situation of cultivated land use in Bin County,the following three suggestions are made:(1)Strengthen the protection and rational use of existing cultivated land resources.The country’s continued attention to the "three rural issues" has also pushed government departments to strengthen their role in promoting the protection of arable land,and in consideration of the fact that the ecological environment is the main factor affecting the comprehensive benefit of Bin County,it is more important to strengthen the protection of Bin County’s ecological environment from a policy perspective.As farmers are the users of cultivated land,it is important to enhance the awareness of farmland protection and resource crisis among farmers in order to form a long-term conservation pattern of farmland use.(2)Develop a professional and sound agricultural disaster mitigation technology system.Increasing financial investment in agriculture,strengthening farmland irrigation infrastructure and enhancing the ability to withstand natural disasters can effectively improve the benefit of arable land use and ensure stable food production.(3)Increase environmental protection efforts to promote the implementation of organic agriculture.The excessive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides is currently the most important factor affecting the benefit of arable land use in Bin County.With the development of the economy and society,people are beginning to realize that chemical fertilizers and pesticides are extremely harmful to the land,and that the amount of chemical fertilizers applied and the benefit of their use directly or indirectly affects the yield of agricultural products and the quality of the cultivated land environment.Continuous cultivation interferes with the rest and recuperation of the land and reduces the nutrients in the soil.Organic farming and green farming have become the most representative environmental industries today,helping to improve the ecological benefit of arable land use and promoting the sustainable development of the rural economy and society.At the same time,it is necessary to increase publicity on environmental protection,advocate the correct ecological values and concepts of life,promote the concept of green conservation and protect the diversity of the ecosystem. |
