’ Lingwu changzao ’(Zizyphus Jujuba Mill cv.’Lingwuchangzao’)is an important economic forest cultivar in Ningxia.In order to explore measures to improve the production light environment of’Lingwuchangzao’ facilities in winter and spring,this experiment used container-grown’Lingwuchangzao’ as the test material,and red light(R),blue light(B),and red and blue combined light 1:2(1R2B),red and blue combined light 2:1(2R1B),red and blue combined light 3:1(3R1B),and white light(W)were used for supplementary light treatment,Natural light as control(CK).The differences in the growth and fruiting,photosynthetic physiological characteristics and fruit quality of the ’Lingwuchangzao’ are shown below:1.Different light quality could promote the growth and fruiting of facility ’Lingwuchangzao’.The tree height growth under red and blue combined light 3:1 treatment was 28.2cm and 26.1cm higher than that of the control,respectively.Compared with the control group,the fruit setting rate of red and blue combined light 1:2,red and blue combined light 2:1 and red and blue combined light 3:1 increased by 70.9%,81.1%and 110.6%.However,the phenological period of facility‘Lingwuchangzao’under red light,red and blue combined light 3:1 and white light was 2-3 weeks longer than that under other treatments.2.The effects of different light quality on photosynthetic physiological characteristics of’Lingwuchangzao’ were different.Red and blue combined light 3:1 treatment promoted chlorophyll synthesis in leaves.The initial fluorescence(F0)and maximum fluorescence(Fm)values were the highest under red light treatment.The maximum light energy conversion efficiency(Fv/Fm),photosynthetic quantum yield(ΦPSⅡ),apparent electron transfer rate(ETR)and photochemical quenching coefficient(qP)were significantly higher than those of other treatments under red-blue combined light 2:1 and red-blue combined light 3:1.Leaf stomatal opening increased,water use efficiency and net photosynthetic rate increased under red-blue combined light 3:1 treatment.The concentrations of intercellular CO2 and transpiration rate were the highest under the treatment of red and blue combined light 1:2 and blue light.3.Different light quality supplementation treatments could significantly improve fruit appearance and nutritional quality of facility’Lingwuchangzao’,among which red light and red-blue combined light had the greatest effect on frut appearance.Compared with the control group,the contents of Vc,soluble sugar and soluble solids and anthocyanin in fruit skin under red-blue combined light 3:1 treatment were increased by 55.8%,93.0%,73.2%and 37.0%,respectively,and the flavonoids in fruit under red-blue combined light 1:2 treatment were the highest.The organic acid content of fruit was the lowest under red and blue combined light 2:1 treatment.4.There is a certain correlation between photosynthetic physiological characteristics and nutritional growth and main fruit quality indexes,including stomatal conductance and photosynthetic quantum yield(ΦPSⅡ)and apparent electron transfer rate(ETR)were positively correlated with plant height,leaf area and leaf width;The net photosynthetic rate was extremely significantly positively correlated with soluble sugars,anthocyanidins and Vc,photosynthetic quantum yield(ΦPSⅡ)was significantly positively correlated with fruit quality,maximum light energy conversion efficiency(Fv/Fm),photosynthetic quantum yield(ΦPSⅡ)was significantly negatively correlated with titratable acid.In conclusion,in the facility ’Lingwuchangzao’ cultivation,using different light quality light up in both enhance vegetative growth,improve fruit quality,improve leaf photosynthetic capacity,but the combination of red and blue combined light 3:1 and combination of red and blue combined light 2:1 of facility cultivation ’Lingwuchangzao’ vegetative growth and fruit quality promotion,recommend popularization and application in production facilities.
