In order to screen for molecular genetic markers affecting growth and development of Ningxia sheep,this study was conducted on the cross progeny of Dupo sheep,Tan sheep,Little-tailed cold sheep and three populations of Ningxia meat sheep breeding work,and the IGF1R and IGF2R genes of the three parental populations were detected and screened for inter-population differences using liquid-phase capture sequencing technology.The main results of the study are as follows:1.The IGF1R and IGF2R genes of a total of 91 sheep from the three parent groups were sequenced,and 78 significant inter-group difference loci in the IGF1R gene were screened;44 significant inter-group difference loci in the IGF2R gene were screened.2.The differential loci of IGF1R gene in 383 sheep of the hybrid offspring were genotyped and correlated with growth traits.The results showed that:7628528,7628690,7833817,7836687,7872277,7840691 loci in the F2 and H2 generation populations significantly improved the growth and development performance of the TC type.The growth and development performance of locus 7855904 in F1,F2,H2 generation CC type was significantly better than that of GG type individuals(P<0.05);locus 7628315 in F1 and H2 generation TT type growth and development performance Significantly better than TC type individuals(P<0.05);7575740 locus F1 generation GG type,H2 generation CC type were significantly better than other types of individuals(P<0.05);7872594 locus AA,AG type were significantly greater than the first-born chest circumference GG type(P<0.05).3.The differential loci of IGF2R gene in 383 sheep of hybrid offspring were genotyped and correlated with growth traits.The results showed that the birth weight of GG type at 91017486 was higher than that of other types of individuals(P<0.05);The body weight or height were significantly larger than those of other types(P<0.05);the three-month-old body length of CT type at 90980245 was significantly longer than that of CC type individuals(P<0.05).4.The growth and development performance of the diplotype H4H5 formed by the combination of the 7628528 and 7628315 loci of the IGF1R gene is significantly better than that of other types of individuals.The IGF2R gene 90980245 and 90983261 locus The combined diplotypes H1H3,H2H3,H2H2,91017486 and 91025061,91025190 loci formed diplotypes H6H6 and H5H6 in growth and development performance were significantly better than other types of individuals.In conclusion,the polymorphisms of IGF1R and IGF2R genes are related to the growth and development of sheep,so they can be used as candidate genes for the growth and development of mutton sheep.The 7628528,7628690,7833817,7836687,7872277,7840691,7855904,7628315,7575740,7872594 loci of the IGF1R gene screened in this experiment.The 91025221,90980245,90983261,91017486,91025061,and 91025190 loci of IGF2R gene have certain value in breeding work.These 16 loci can be used as potential molecular markers for growth traits in the cultivation of high-quality mutton sheep in Ningxia,and will be strengthened in future breeding work.focus on.
