| It is necessary to detect bactericide residues in minor cereals.Traditional bactericide residues pretreatment methods have the disadvantages of long time consumption,large consumption of toxic organic reagents and bad influence on environment.Based on this,QuEChERS method and DLLME method are improved,and new methods for determination of Fungicide Residues in coarse cereals are established.In this study,an improved QuEChERS-deep eutectic solvents-vortex-assisted-high performance liquid chromatography was established to determine triazole pesticide residues in coarse cereals.Low-toxic and green deep eutectic solvents was used as extractant,avoiding the use of organic reagents,and vortex assisted extraction was used to promote the extraction.It was detected by high performance liquid chromatography.In this experiment,the conditions such as the type and ratio of extractant,the extraction time,the amount of salt and the adsorbent were optimized.Under the optimum conditions,the linearity of three triazole pesticides was good in the range of 2~400μg/g,the LOD was 0.67mg/kg,the LOQ was2mg/kg,the recovery was 78.78~104.62%,and RSD was less than 5.00%.The established method is fast,efficient,green and environment-friendly.In this study,an improved DLLME-bio-derived-water phase solidification-high performance liquid chromatography was established to determine methoxyacrylate pesticide residues in coarse cereals.In this method,natural bio-derived solvent is used as extractant.In this experiment,the kinds and volume of extractant,the type and volume of dispersant,addition of Na Cl,the amount of sample,p H were optimized.Under the optimum conditions,the three methoxyacrylate pesticides have good linearity in the range of0.5~100μg/g,the LOD was 0.17mg/kg,the LOQ was 0.50mg/kg,the recovery is 90.54~107.08%,and RSD is less than 5.40%.The established method is fast,efficient,green and environment-friendly.The two pretreatment methods of fungicide residues in coarse cereals established in this study have the characteristics of high efficiency and green,which can meet the requirements of coarse cereals detection and have broad application prospects. |
