The development of big data and big data technology provides strong support and guarantee for the construction of agricultural informatization.Agricultural big data is a relatively complex study in the field of data.The value of big data lies not only in the size of the data,but also in the processing of the data itself.Agricultural big data itself has the characteristics of business complexity and diversity.Therefore,when dealing with agricultural big data,this article pays more attention to the information value acquisition of data,and uses data analysis technology in big data technology to obtain data characteristics.According to the characteristics of the data,a personalized information service recommendation based on agricultural big data is carried out.This article aims to design a personalized recommendation system for wheat selection based on wheat varieties.The research of this article mainly carried out the following aspects:(1)Research on personalized recommendation algorithm.According to the complexity of agricultural data information,the data needs to be processed first.This paper adopts the multi-label task in data processing to establish a multi-label classification task based on agricultural big data.On the basis of agricultural data information,an improved Slope One recommendation algorithm is adopted to adapt to the characteristic form of agricultural big data and solve the purpose of accurate recommendation in complex agricultural big data.(2)Research on interest model.This paper conducts model design research by establishing a long and short interest library,and establishes a fixed interest library from "long interest" and uses "short interest" to establish a changing interest model.Long interest refers to the user’s registration information,self-defined and unchanged information,etc.;short interest refers to information that varies from user to user,such as the length of stay on a certain item,frequency and other information.The combination of long and short interests can accurately determine the user’s interest target and achieve the purpose of personalized recommendation.In addition,the "short interest" library regularly updates the model,which solves the problem of inaccurate personalized recommendations caused by different user choices.(3)Design of personalized wheat seed selection system.Based on the research of personalized recommendation algorithm,the improved Slope One recommendation algorithm is determined as the main recommendation algorithm of this system.At the same time,the study of interest model is established to provide personalized recommendation services for users’ choices.The system has designed several modules such as user information management,model design,and personalized recommendation design.Through research on agricultural data and research on recommendation system.A comprehensive design of a personalized wheat seed selection recommendation system based on agricultural data,through testing,can achieve the effect of personalized recommendation,with certain research value and practical value.
