| Agricultural mineral oil pesticides are formulated with agricultural mineral oil as the original base oil and some emulsifiers as an auxiliary agent.It can be diluted with water and sprayed in the field to prevent as well as control agricultural diseases and insect pests.High-quality agricultural mineral oil has the characteristics of high-efficiency control of diseases and insect pests,long-lasting effect period,low toxicity to plants,low residue,no resistance induced from insect,and only little influence to natural enemies.It is an ideal pesticide for continuous pest control management.However,no domestic enterprise has produced agricultural mineral oil base oil that complies with the Ministry of Agriculture Announcement No.1133.For the quality of agricultural mineral oil pesticides to be guaranteed,agricultural mineral oil pesticides need to be strictly controlled by sound evaluation standards.Agricultural mineral oil is used to control diseases and insect pests in the domestic citrus industry.The Huanglongbing disease spread by citrus psyllid,Diaphorina citri,is the most serious in citrus planting.It is of great significance to study the control effect of agricultural refined mineral oil on citrus psyllid.This paper used atmospheric vacuum distillation units,hydrocracking units,lubricating oil hydroisomerization units,and real boiling point distillation equipment to process imported crude oil,optimize narrow distillation range cutting conditions,and develop agricultural refined mineral oil base oil n C22.The physical and chemical indicators,the mandatory indicators of the Ministry of Agriculture,the composition and ratio of hydrocarbon molecules,and the content of heavy metals and persistent organic pollutants were used to evaluate the quality level of agricultural refined mineral oil n C22.The appearance of conventional physical and chemical indicators is colorless clear and transparent,color value>+30,density(20℃)828.8 kg/m~3,kinematic viscosity(40℃)10.23 mm~2/s,pour point-20℃,flash point 180℃,sulfur content 1.30 mg/kg.In terms of mandatory regulations by the Ministry of Agriculture,the average of relative normal paraffin carbon numbers,the difference in relative normal paraffin carbon numbers,and the content of non-sulfonated compounds were 22,2 and 98.0%,respectively.Also,saturated hydrocarbon content was 98.8%,unsaturated aromatic hydrocarbon content is 1.2%,heavy metals and persistent organic pollutants are not detected.In order to regulate the production of agricultural refined mineral oil n C22,combined with petroleum mineral oil standards,this paper confirmed the conventional physical and chemical indexes as well as the parameters of agricultural mineral oil base oil.Thus,the quality standards of agricultural mineral oil base oil were formulated.This paper systematically compared the corporate standards of 50 domestic mineral oil pesticide,discussed and analyzed the current status of the quality standards of mineral oil from three aspects:physical and chemical properties of base oil,technical requirements of emulsifiable concentrates and test methods.The product technical parameters of95%n C22EC have a mass fraction of 95.96%,p H value of 6.7,and pyrolysis rate of4.31%after storage at 54±2℃for 14 days,no crystal precipitation after storage at 0±2℃for 7 days,no floating oil(paste)and no precipitation within 60 minutes after emulsified with hard water.Combined with the standard preparation of pesticide emulsifiable concentrate product(HGT 2467.2-2003)and other documents,the technical requirements parameters in the quality standard of 95%emulsifiable concentrate for agricultural mineral oil were determined.This paper studied the control effect of 95%n C22 EC against citrus psyllid and combined use with insecticidal fungi.Lethality rate of 95%n C22 EC in 50,100,200 times against citrus psyllids after 1 d treatment were 94.26%,92.42%,71.67%,respectively.It shown high-efficiency and rapid control of citrus psyllids.95%n C22EC was added to insecticidal fungi the APJE 24 spore liquid,mixed at a volume ratio of 5:5,the co-toxicity coefficient was 166.18 shown synergistic effect.The detection results of electrical penetration graph showed that after adding 95%n C22 EC the insecticidal fungus APJE 24 spore liquid the prickly time of psyllids between the leaf surface and mesophyll cells increased,and the time of feeding behavior in the phloem was greatly reduced.At 4℃,APJE 24 vacuum dried spore powder was added with agricultural refined mineral oil n C22 and stored,the spore germination amount increased significantly. |
