The leaf mites are small in size, large in egg production, fast in reproduction, common in occurrence, and severe in drug resistance. At present, spray control is the main method, but most of the acaricides lack the systemic or permeable, and the particularity of the leaf sputum feeding makes the stomach toxicity of the drug difficult to play.In order to fully exploit the virulence activity of the drug, this paper studied the distribution and acaricidal activity of the herbicides in the leaves of plants under the synergistic action of different penetrants. The relationship between the two aims to provide a scientific basis for the reduction and synergy of acaricides and resistance management.1 The effects of 13 penetrants on the acaricidal activity of pyridaben, avermectin and bifenazate were determined by leaf dip method. The results were: 12 kinds of penetrants such as NA-35,RPT,PAE,PAE-1,PAE-M,NMP,AZO,SIL,DISU,PAE-2 and CIN have synergistic effect on pyridaben;5 kinds of penetrants such as PAE-1,RPT,NA-35,PAE and CIN have an increase in bifenazate ACT effect;NA-35 has synergistic effect on avermectin;among them,NA-35 has the most significant synergistic effect on scorpion and avermectin. The synergistic ratio was 8.25 and 2.49;PAE-1 had the most significant synergistic effect on bifenazate with a synergistic ratio of 15.45.NA-35 and PAE-1 are nonionic penetrants.2 The effects of PAE-1 on the content of bifenazate and NA-35 on the content of pyridaben and avermectin in plant leaves were determined by HPLC.The results: the penetrant can significantly increase the content of acaricide in the leaves, the concentration of the external solution, and the time of treatment in the solution are also important factors affecting the content of acaricide in the leaves, there is a synergy between the three factors.3 Cell dissociation and chromatographic techniques were used to determine the distribution of bifenazate, pyridaben and avermectin in plant leaves with the synergy of penetrants. The results showed that the intracellular and intercellular contents of 100 mg/L bifenazate ester were 2.05 mg/L and 0.98 mg/L,and the content of 100 mg/L bifenazate +PAE-1 was 12.66 mg/L.And 2.02 mg/L.The intracellular and intercellular contents of avermectin after treatment with 100 mg/L were 42.13 and 0.52 mg/L,respectively.After treatment with 100 mg/L avermectin+NA-35,the contents were 52.48 and 0.84 mg/L.After treatment with 100 mg/L of sputum, the intracellular sputum content was 19.92 mg/L,which was not detected between cells. After treatment with 100 mg/L pyridaben+NA-35,the intracellular and intercellular sputum contents were 43.96 mg/L and 0.09 mg/L,respectively.The results showed that the three acaricides tested mainly stayed in the leaf cells under the synergistic effect of the penetrant.4 Further imaging by mass spectrometry was used to observe the imaging of benzophenone and avermectin in the synergy of NA-35 and the incorporation of bifenazate into plant leaves under the synergistic effect of PAE-1.The results showed that the content of two acaricides in the leaves of cowpea was obviously increased after the addition of the penetrant NA-35.There was no significant difference between the bifenazate and the control under the action of PAE-1.5 A pot experiment was carried out on the combination of the synergist and the corresponding agent to study the control effect on the leafhopper. The results showed that the combination of bifenazate and bifenazate+PAE-1 was controlled for 1d,3d and 5d respectively.33.55%,57.71%,73.12% and 81.9%,100%,100%;the efficacy of avermectin and avermectin+NA-35 combination for 1d,3d,5d were 12.11%,28.11%,72.52,respectively.82.58%,87.92%,100%.The combination of pyridaben and pyridaben+NA-35 was 19.46%,36.91%,45.71% and 100%,100% and 100%,respectively.It shows that adding the corresponding penetrant can significantly increase the quick-acting effect of the acaricide. It has a good guiding effect on the reduction of acaricide. |
