Pork is the most important meat consumption product in China, and China is also the largest producer and consumer of pork in the world. The importance of pigs to our country is self-evident.Compared with the European and American countries, the breeding work in China started late, and the breeding is relatively backward, domestic lean pork pig is mainly "Duroc-Landrace-Large white" ternary hybrid pig.Large white growth and reproductive traits have been the focus of research. In recent years, with the decreasing cost of high-throughput sequencing and the maturity of GWAS research methods, many breeders and genomics scholars of the world have taken the growth and reproductive traits of pigs as research objects. With the help of decades of pig farm growth records and the application of low-cost SNP chips,it is possible to study the complex growth and reproductive traits of large white pigs Therefore,Gene Seek GGP Porcine HD 50 K chip was used in this study to conduct genome-wide association analysis of growth and reproductive traits of a large white pig in Guangxi, and to search for SNP points and candidate genes that are significantly correlated with growth and reproductive traits of large white pig.A total of 645 large white pigs with healthy growth and complete records were selected to collect ear samples and genotype them using Geen Seek GGp-porcine chip:1)In this experiment, through genome-wide association analysis of growth traits and reproductive traits,3 genome-wide significance level loci and 10 genome-wide significance level loci were obtained, which were distributed on chromosomes 1,2,11,16 and 18.2)Through comparative search of KEGG,Ensembl and other databases,a total of 12 potential candidate genes were found. It was preliminarily concluded that DGKH,DNAJB6,UBE3 C and other genes may be potential candidate genes affecting the reproductive performance of large white pigs, and TBX18 may be potential candidate genes affecting the growth performance of large white pigs.
