| Land use change is the most intuitive manifestation of human activities acting on the surface of the earth,which can reflect potential human activities.Its ecological environmental effects and adaptive management are still research hotspots.As one of the most important factors affecting soil erosion,land use change significantly affects soil erosion by changing surface vegetation conditions,soil properties,and characteristics of surface runoff.Exploring the impact mechanism of soil conservation services from the perspective of land use change is related to the effective control of regional soil erosion and sustainable land use.Existing studies rarely combine farmer behavior surveys and model simulation methods to explore the factors affecting land use changes.The lack of efficient and accurate soil conservation service quantitative methods based on localization is not conducive to soil conservation and sustainable use of land resources.In view of this,this study selects Xiaoxi Town,Pinghe County,which has serious soil erosion as the research area,and uses questionnaire survey,geographic information technology,Python,logistic regression model,CA-Markov model,InVEST model and other related technologies and methods to focus on the relationship between land use change and soil conservation service changes,and the following research results have been obtained:The land use change in Xiaoxi Town from 2010 to 2018 was identified,and combined with the behavior of farmers,a binary logistic regression model was constructed to identify the influencing factors of land use change in Xiaoxi Town.From 2010 to 2018,the construction land area of Xiaoxi Town gradually increased,and the area of water,agricultural land,woodland,and bare land gradually decreased.The distribution of agricultural land is mainly negatively correlated with factors such as elevation,and positively correlated with factors such as slope and farmer’s age;the distribution of water areas is mainly negatively correlated with slope and the distance to the water source;construction land is mainly related to the slope,and the distance from residential areas and roads.Negative correlation is positively correlated with the distance to the water source;the distribution of woodland is mainly positively correlated with factors such as elevation,and negatively correlated with the area of agricultural land owned by farmers;bare land is mainly negatively correlated with elevation and positively correlated with slope.A Python-based quantitative method for soil conservation services at the township scale was constructed,and the soil conservation services in Xiaoxi Town and its relationship with land use changes were evaluated.The changes in soil conservation services in Xiaoxi Town from 2010 to 2030 generally show a trend of first degradation and then improvement.The main reason for this situation is that during 2010-2014,affected by the process of urbanization,construction land increased,and agricultural land and woodland were occupied.The phenomenon of farmers cutting down trees to develop honey pomelo on mountainous land frequently occurred,which turned more woodland into agricultural land.Affected by the progress of urbanization from 2014 to 2030,the result is an increase in the area of construction land,and a substantial decrease in forest land and agricultural land. |
