There are many problems in the production of facility vegetables,such as the deterioration of soil environment and the decline of yield and quality due to the excessive use of chemical fertilizer.Increasing organic fertilizer or microbial fertilizer and reducing chemical fertilizer are effective ways to reduce soil pollution,improve environment and keep sustainable utilization of vegetable fields.This test using the first experimental biochar fertilizer,jin hui organic fertilizer,compass organic fertilizer and organic fertilizer,the Gospel through the basal processing screening on greenhouse tomato growth and soil environment has a good improvement effect of organic fertilizer,based on the mixture biological organic bacterial manure,and functional bacteria under the condition of reducing fertilizer NPK,further verify the sunlight greenhouse tomato growth and the effect of soil improvement,reduction of fertilizer for greenhouse tomato production quality efficiency to provide application base.The main results were as follows:with Biochar fertilizer(A)200 kg·667 m-2,Jinhui organic fertilizer(B)400 kg·667 m-2,Compass organic fertilizer(C)200 kg·667 m2 and Earth Gospel Orgalic Fertilizer(D)400 kg·667 m-2 basal four different organic fertilizer,and research on greenhouse tomato growth and fruit yield,quality and rhizosphere environment as A result,the influence of biochar fertilizer(A)treatment on tomato growth,chlorophyll content,root activity,the most significant effect of tomato yield,improve quality;Biochar fertilizer(A)significantly increased the activities of sucrase,catalase,phosphatase and urease in the soil,increased the number of bacteria and actinomycetes in the soil,and reduced the number of fungi in the soil,which had A significant regulating effect on the microecology of tomato rhizosphere soil.Biochar fertilizer could be used as the base fertilizer in the experimental organic fertilizers.Using the selected biochar fertilizer and G15-7 growth-promoting bacteria to prepare functional biochar based bacterial fertilizer.Under the condition of 30%reduction of chemical fertilizer,the effects of increasing application of biochar based bacterial fertilizer on tomato growth and soil rhizosphere microecology were studied.The results showed that compared with the control,the plant height,chlorophyll content and yield of tomato were increased by 22.90%,28.49%and 18.87%in the treatment of increasing biochar based bacterial fertilizer and reducing chemical fertilizer by 30%,and the tomato quality was also significantly improved.At the same time,compared with the control group,the treatment of biochar based bacterial fertilizer with 30%reduction of chemical fertilizer significantly increased the soil sucrase activity and phosphatase activity,increased the number of bacteria and actinomycetes in the soil,decreased the number of fungi,and increased the content of available nitrogen,phosphorus and organic matter in the soil.Increasing the application of biochar based bacterial fertilizer and decreasing the application of chemical fertilizer could promote the growth of tomato and improve the soil microecological environment.
