Study On The Changes In Main Composition Of Window Composting Of Animal Manure And Its Effect On Soil Nitrogen

The rational utilization of livestock manure plays a vital role in promoting the sustainable development of animal husbandry and soil ecological health.In this study,four kinds of feces such as cow manure,pig manure,sheep manure and chicken manure were used as the test materials.This study was investigated the degradation characteristics of nutrient content in four kinds of feces during the period of windows composting,and studied the effects of these manures on soil fertiltiy.At the same time,this study was evaluate the effects of four sheep manure application rates on soil fertiltiy,which provides a scientific basis for rational utilization of livestock manure.The main results are as follows:1)The temperature of the four types of fece piles was 26.9～72.2℃.The temperature of cow dung with about 50%initial moisture content varied greatly with 26.9～72.2℃.The temperature of sheep fece,pig fece and chicken fece（>60%）were relatively stable.The loss ranges of total nitrogen,total phosphorus,and total potassium in the four types of feces were19%～55%,35%～72%,and 29%～52%,respectively,with sheep fece having the lowest loss and cow manure having the highest loss.2)Compared with nitrogen fertilization treatment,the four organic manure treatments all significantly increased the content of total nitrogen,available nitrogen,and organic matter of the soil,especially the treatment with the sheep manure,which was increased by 143%,119%,and 347%.The four sheep manure application rates all significantly increased the content of total nitrogen,available nitrogen and organic matter of the soil,The application amount of sheep manure increased from 22.50 t hm^-2to 45.00 t hm^-2,and the application amount increased by 33.3%,66.6%and 100%,respectively.The total nitrogen content of soil decreased by 12%,increased by 24%and increased by 65%,respectively.The change of alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen content was decreased by 6%,increased by 28%and increased by63%,respectively.The organic matter content increased by 24%,36%and 60%.In summary,sheep manure fermentation is the best method for slip-pile composting,and the application of four kinds of manure can significantly improve soil fertility,among which sheep manure has the best effect.Based on the principle of saving resources,it is most suitable to improve soil fertility by applying 22.50 t/hm²sheep fece.
