| Fusarium head blight(FHB)has occurred frequently and widely since 20 th century because of the changes of some agronomic measures such as long-term rotation with corn to wheat or rice to wheat and returning straw to field.At present,FHB can be found in wheat producing areas in China except Qinghai province and Tibet autonomous region.It is very important to predict the disease scientifically and timely due to the quickly speed and short control period of the disease.Our laboratory developed an automatic monitoring and warning system of FHB(AMWSF)based on Internet of things.From 2016 to 2018,AMWSF was examined in the major FHB areas in China to evaluate the accuracy of the system together with Shaanxi Provincial Plant Protection Extension Station and National Agricultural Technology Extension and Service Center.We evaluated the accuracy of the system by means of investigating the incidence of uncontrolled field around the system and comparing with the prediction result of the system.Meanwhile,FHB is caused by a variety of Fusarium species.It is difficult to identify due to hard producing of macroconidia and close morphologies.Therefore,we collected the FHB ears from Jiangsu,Anhui,Henan,Hubei,Shaanxi,Shandong,Gansu,and Xinjiang to extract the total DNA and amplified with 240 pairs of degeneracy primers in indexes for high-throughput sequencing.According to the sequencing data,we sorted out the types and relative quantities of Fusarium species in ears in each region,and found out the dominant populations.The main results of the present study are shown as following:(1)Through the investigation of incidence in uncontrolled fields in Jiangsu(4),Anhui(1),Henan(1),Hubei(2),Shaanxi(10)and comparing with the prediction results of AMWSF using Xiao’s maximum error reference method,the accuracy of AMWSF was 71.8% in 2018.(2)The results of high-throughput sequencing and analysis for FHB ears from Jiangsu(4),Anhui(1),Henan(2),Hubei(2),Shaanxi(7),Shandong(10),Gansu(2),Xinjiang(2)showed that F.graminearum and F.asiaticum were dominant Fusarium species.And,F.pseudograminearum,F.fujikuroi species complex,F.sporotrihioides and so on were also found in FHB ears.The dividing line between F.asiaticum and F.graminearum was basically the line between the warm temperate zone and the subtropical zone.F.graminearum and F.asiaticum were dominant in the warm temperature zone and the subtropical zone,respectively. |
