Fritillaria unibracteata is one of the basic plants of the precious Chinese medicinal material Fritillaria.In this study,the Fritillaria unibracteata frit is used as the research material,and the three-factor quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design is used to explore the effects of zinc-boron-molybdenum application on the bulb traits,yield and quality of F.unibracteata.Elemental undernutrition provides a theoretical micronutrient application regimen.The main findings are as follows:1 Effect of micro-fertilizer on bulb traits of F.unibracteataThe diameter and volume of boron fertilizer bulbs have significant effects.The boron-molybdenum fertilizer has a significant effect on bulb height.The interaction of zinc-molybdenum fertilizer has a significant effect on bulb diameter.The zinc-boron interaction has a significant effect on bulb volume.Reasonable application of zinc-boron-molybdenum fertilizer has a significant effect on the control of bulbous traits of F.unibracteata.2 Effect of combined application of micro-fertilizer on the yield of F.unibracteataIncreasing the application of boron fertilizer or reducing molybdenum fertilizer can increase the yield of F.unibracteata.According to the frequency selection method and the local actual situation,the best fertilization scheme for high yield of F.unibracteata fritillary is:zinc fertilizer is 8.10~11.59 kg/hm2,boron fertilizer is 15.12~20.11 kg/hm~2,molybdenum fertilizer is 0.13~0.21 kg/hm~2.3 Effect of combined application of micro-fertilizer on the quality of F.unibracteataAccording to single factor significance analysis,zinc fertilizer has significant acid-insoluble ash content,alcohol-soluble extract content,total alkaloid content,adenine content,uracil content,inosine content and guanine content in the F.unibracteata.Total ash content,acid-insoluble ash content,glucose content,starch content,soluble protein content,uracil content,adenine content,inosine content,guanosine content,adenosine content and 2’-deoxynucleoside content is significant.Molybdenum fertilizer has significant effects on total alkaloid content,alcohol soluble extract content,soluble protein content,soluble sugar content,uracil content,adenosine content and 2’-deoxynucleoside content in bulbs of F.unibracteata.The interaction of zinc-boron fertilizer has significant effects on the adenosine content,soluble protein content,soluble sugar content and glucose content of F.unibracteata.The interaction of zinc-molybdenum fertilizer has significant effects on the 2’-deoxynucleoside content,soluble protein content,starch content and glucose content of the bulbs of Fritillaria chinensis.The interaction of boron-molybdenum fertilizer has significant effects on the content of thymidine,alcohol-soluble extract,uracil,protein and soluble sugar in the bulbs of F.unibracteata.It can be seen that the combined application of zinc,boron and molybdenum fertilizers has a significant effect on the contribution rate,single factor significance and interaction of the bulbs of P.sylvestris,and the application of zinc boron according to actual needs during the cultivation of P.Molybdenum fertilizer.According to the least squares method,the frequency selection is combined with the gray correlation degree and the DTOPSIS method to comprehensively evaluate the quality of F.unibracteata.The relationship between the size of the bulbs of F.unibracteata and the quality of the medicinal materials is determined.The relationship between the bulb size and the main quality indexes of the important source material of Fritillaria cirrhosa is obtained.Large F.unibracteata bulbs are of superior quality.The optimal fertilization scheme under the conditions of this experiment is:zinc fertilizer is 8.50~11.10 kg/hm~2,boron fertilizer is 13.01~15.25 kg/hm~2,and molybdenum fertilizer is 0.35~0.40 kg/hm~2.
