Study On Application Of Mushroom Residue And Rice Hull Charcoal In The Seedling Substrate Of Solanaceous Fruits

In the process of agricultural production,it must be accompanied by the generation of agricultural residues.The agricultural residues is rich in nutrients.It is a high-quality raw material for preparing vegetable seedlings substrates.It is necessary to carry out a certain process treatment and process it into a high-quality and efficient vegetable seedling substrate.Not only can we explore new types of seedlings substrates,but also make full use of agricultural waste resources to achieve resource recycling.In this experiment,mushroom slag and rice husk charcoal are mainly used as the main raw materials of the substrate,and pond mud is used as an auxiliary raw material.Orthogonal experiments were used to design different ratios of substrates materials,and different substrates treatments were prepared according to different ratios.After the preparation of the substrate,the tomato,eggplant and pepper were used to carry out the cultivation and seedling test,and the relevant data obtained through the experiment were systematically analyzed to find a suitable material preparation scheme.In this test,the main research results are summarized as follows:1)Mushroom slag can be used as the main raw material for seedling substrates due to its excellent comprehensive traits.Rice husk charcoal has strong adsorption capacity,light weight and large porosity,and is rich in P and K fertilizers.It can be used as substrates auxiliary material in substrates preparation.Due to the large bulk weight of the pond mud and poor stability of the properties,the preparation may be added little or not.2)T5(mushroom residue:rice husk charcoal:pond mud=2:3:0.5)treatment of its comprehensive physical and chemical properties is better than other treatments,and the comprehensive traits of T7,T3,T1 treatment are at a medium level.The substrate with high carbon content of rice husk has obvious physical properties such as bulk density,porosity and water holding capacity,and the content of P and K in the matrix is correspondingly higher.The substrate with high content of mushroom residue has excellent comprehensive properties,and its EC value is small,which is beneficial to the absorption of nutrients by crops,and the organic matter content and N content of the matrix are also relatively high.3)In the seedling test of tomato,eggplant and pepper,the growth indexes of the three seedlings treated with T1(mushroom residue:rice husk charcoal:pond mud=1:1:0.5)were superior to other treatments and CK control group.From the physiological indicators,the suitable seedling substrate for tomato is T9(mushroom residue:rice husk charcoal:pond mud=3:2:0.5)treatment group,and the suitable seedling substrate for eggplant and pepper is T8(mushroom residue:rice husk charcoal:Pond mud=3:1:1.5)treatment group.
