| Rosa hybrid is a kind of low hybrid shrub belonging to the genus Rosa in the rosaceae,and Climbing Rose belongs to the Rose and is an important material in vertical landscaping.However,the high temperature in summer is easy to cause the limited growth of Climbing Rose and poor flowers,so this thesis is devoted to that under high temperature certain heat-resistant induction treatment influence the Climbing Rose growing,for improving the rate of Climbing Rose in the vertical greening of the city.Firstly,the application method of exogenous salicylic acid affecting the heat resistance of Climbing Rose was screened in this experiment.Secondly,orthogonal test L16(45)was designed with leaf surface fertilizer(salicylic acid、Ca2+、large element(2 g/L urea+4 g/L KH2PO4)and trace element water-soluble fertilizer(0.06 mg/L FeSO4·7H2O,CuSO4·5H2O,MnSO4·7H2O+0.08 mg/L ZnSO4·7H2O)and root fertilizer(sodium humate、phosphate fertilizer(NH4H2PO4),in order to select the best agent to improve the heat resistance of the Climbing Rose.Finally,the optimal formula was obtained by experiments on the selected agents.The main results are as follows:1.After different concentrations and spraying’s days of salicylic acid were applied to’Rosa hybrida CV.Parkirerktor Riggers’ and ’Rosa hybrida cv.Angela’,we can measure relative conductivity、soluble protein and proline(Pro)content.The results show that salicylic acid of different treatment group can effectively improve two kinds of Climbing Rose’s heat resistance,among which the salicylic acid of 125 μmol/L is the best,and the spraying effect of 6d is better than 10d.2.On the basis of 125 μmol/L salicylic acid,Ca2+、large elements、trace elements、sodium humate and phosphate fertilizers with different concentrations were added.After continuous application for 6d,the optimal agent for improving the heat resistance of ’Rosa hybrida CV.Parkirerktor Riggers ’and ’ Rosa hybrida CV.Leonardo Da Vinci ’ was obtained by determining MDA content and soluble protein content.The results showed that the optimal agents were leaf surface fertilizer(125μmol/L salicylic acid+12 mmol/L CaCl2 solution+2 g/L urea+4 g/L KH2PO4+0.06 mg/L FeSO4·7H2O,CuSO4·5H2O,MnSO4·7H2O+0.08 mg/L ZnSO4·7H2O),continuous spraying for 6d and root fertilization(2.41 g/plant NH4H2PO4).3.In the test of optimal agents,foliar fertilizer alone(125 μmol/L salicylic acid+12mmol/L CaCl2 solution、2 g/L Urea+4 g/L KH2PO4,0.06 mg/L FeSO4·7H2O,CuSO4·5H2O,MnSO4·7H2O+0.08 mg/L ZnSO4·7H2O microelement water soluble fertilizer)had better effect than root fertilization and their mixture.Compared with high temperature control,foliar fertilizer can effectively reduce Climbing Rosa leaf’s cell membrane permeability、MDA content,increase osmotic regulation substances Pro、soluble protein、chlorophyll content,enhance the protective enzyme activity of SOD(superoxide dismutase)and CAT(catalase),promote the Climbing Rose root morphology index inctease,which conclude Len(total root length)、SA(total root surface area)、Vol(total volume)、AvgD(root average diameter)、Ntips(the total number of root tip)、Nforks(branch)、Ncross(cross)、Nlinks(linking number),enhance the vitality of root system. |
