With the development of the Cinnamomum camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita.essential oil processing industry,the utilization of Cinnamomum camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita essential oil was attracted increasing attention.Breeding of germplasm with large biomass,high content of essential oils,high purity of linalool,and low content of camphor is the key to the development of the industrialization of Cinnamomum camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita.essential oil forests.Scientific fertilization could improve the nutritional status of forest trees and the soil fertility of forest lands.Promoted the growth of forest trees and increased the productivity of forest land.This study took the 6a Cinnamomum camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita..essential oil forests,Yongchun County,Quanzhou as the research object,and designed three groups of experiments:bacterial fertilizer test,trace element test,and compound fertilizer test by orthogonal rotation combination method.To investigate the effects of different bacterial fertilizers,trace elements,and compound fertilizers on the growth characteristics and essential oil content,and the content of linalool and the content of camphor in the main components,and selected the most suitable fertilizer,trace element,and compound fertilizer plan.The main research findings of this study were as follows:(1)Effects of different fertilization on the growth of Cinnamomum camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita:Compared with the unfertilized CK group,different fertilization treatments significantly or extremely significantly promoted the tree height total growth total ground diameter,and total biomass of Cinnamomum camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita,The best promotion effect on the tree height total growth bacterial fertilizer test area was treatment group 1,which was 94.29cm,which was 23.17%higher than that of CK group.The best promotion effect on total ground diameter growth was treatment group 3,which was 7.98mm.,higher than the CK group 28.35%;the best promotion effect on the total biomass is the treatment group 1,1587.85g,140.06%higher than the CK group;comprehensive analysis shows that the best effect of bacterial fertilizer treatment is treatment 1(Yiduoli 140g and Yijunduo 14ml),the best growth promotion effect on Cinnamomum camphora var.1 inaloolifera Fujita.The best effect of the trace element test area on the tree height total growth was treatment group 2,which was 88.40cm,which was 25.09%higher than that of CK group.The best promotion effect on total ground diameter growth was treatment group 1,which was 7.82mm.,higher than the CK group 19.21%;the best promotion effect on the total biomass is treatment group 2,1485.58g,120.20%higher than the CK group;comprehensive analysis available,the best trace element treatment was the treatment 2(organic fertilizer 1500g and trace elements 3g).The best effect of the compound fertilizer test area n the tree height total growth t was in treatment group 1,which was 92.33cm,which was 26.53%higher than that of CK group.The best promotion effect on total ground diameter growth was treatment group 15,which was 7.21mm.,higher than the CK group 14.08%;the best promotion effect on the total biomass is treatment group 1,is 1468.32g,124.17%higher than the CK group;comprehensive analysis of the above growth indicators shows that the fertilizer treatment effect was the best treatment of the compound fertilizer is processed 1(N:80g,P:80g,K:80g)(2)Under the action of bacterial fertilizer,trace elements,and compound fertilizers,the chlorophyll content and photosynthetic performance of Cinnamomum camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita were significantly improved,the activity of PSII reaction center was improved,and the physiological activity was improved;the ability to eliminate free radicals was enhanced,and at the same time,the activity of the protective enzyme and the resistance of the plant are enhanced,thereby promoted its growth.(3)Under the action of bacterial fertilizer and compound fertilizer,the contents of organic matter,total nitrogen,hydrolyzable nitrogen,total phosphorus,available phosphorus,total potassium,and available potassium in the soil were improved.Bacterial fertilizer can effectively improve the soil nutrient status of Cinnamomum camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita;Compound fertilizer could improve the nutrient content of Cinnamomum camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita woodland;and the treatment of trace elements has relatively less influence on soil available nutrient,which may be due to the direct absorption and utilization of trace elements by Cinnamomum camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita..(4)Effects of different fertilization on the content and principal components of Cinnamomum camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita:The top three oil yields of the leaf essential oil in the treatment group were the test groups 1,3,and 4,respectively.The percentages were 2.44%,2.42%,and 2.41%,which were 21.43%,20.31%,and 19.82%higher than those in the CK group.The top three oil rates for the branch essential oil were the experimental groups 1,3,and 4,which were 0.57%,0.51%and 0.52%,respectively.were higher than the CK group,which was 71.81%,56.42%,and 52.89%,respectively;the top three oils in the total essential oils were in the test group 1,3,and 14,which were 2.13%,2.08%,and 2.03%,respectively.The CK group was 33.68%,30.94%,and 27.57%.The top three of the leaf linalool were the test groups 1,4,and 3,which were 95.82%,95.73%,and 95.57%,respectively,which were higher than the CK group 2.18%and 2.08%,1.91%,respectively;The top three in the content of the branch linalool was the experimental group 1,3,4,which were 86.33%,86.33%,85.75%,respectively,higher than the CK group 4.55%,4.55%,3.85%;The three groups of camphor with the smallest content did not contain camphor composition.Showed that the treatment of different bacterial fertilizers improved the oil yield of leaf essential oil,the oil yield of branch essential oil,the oil yield of total essential oils,the total content of linalool,and the lower the content of camphor and enhanced the quality of essential oil.In the trace element treatment group,the top three oil yield ratios of the leaf essential oils were the experimental groups 2,1,and 3,respectively,and the oil yields of the corresponding leaf essential oils were 2.39%,2.37%,and 2.36%,respectively.The CK group was 22.14%,20.95%,and 20.60%.The top three oil rates for the branch essential oil were the test group 1,2,and 3,which were 0.56%,0.55%,and 0.53%,respectively,which were higher than the CK group 80.72%.69.24%and 75.00%respectively.,The top three of the total essential oil yield rate were the experimental group 1,2,12,which was 2.06%,2.03%,2.02%,respectively,higher than the CK group 33.30%,31.21%,30.73%;The top three leaf linalool were in the test group 2,1,3,which were 95.69%,95.65%,95.58%,respectively,higher than the CK group 2.07%,2.03%,1.95%;The top three of branch linalool were the test groups 1,2,and 3 were 85.91%,85.82%,and 85.77%,respectively,higher than the CK group,4.01%,3.90%,and 3.84%,respectively;the three groups with the smallest content of camphor did not contain camphor composition.Showed that the trace elements had an effect on the oil yield of the leaf essential oil,the oil yield of the branch essential oil,the oil yield of the total essential oil,the content of the leaf linalool,and the content of the branch linalool in the test group,but the content of the camphor decreased and enhanced the quality of essential oil..The top three oil yields of the leaf essential oil in the compound fertilizer treatment group were the test groups 1,2 and 3,respectively.The oil yields of the corresponding leaf essential oils were 2.40%,2.38%,and 2.36%,respectively,which were higher than those of the CK group 20.23%,19.19%,and 18.05%;the top three oil percentages for the essential oil of the branch essential oil were the experimental group 1,3,and 2,which were 0.56%,0.55%,and 0.54%,respectively,higher than the CK group 86.03%,82.24%,and 78.93%,respectively.The top three of the total essential oil yield rate was the experimental group 1,2,and 20,which were 2.11%,2.05%,and 2.04%,respectively,which were higher than the CK group 36.31%,32.77%,and 32.27%,respectively;The top three of leaf linalool were the experimental groups 1,3,and 2,which were 95.73%,95.67%,and 95.45%,respectively,which were higher than the CK group,2.16%,2.09%,and 1.86%respectively.The top three of the branch linalool content were 1,3,2,were 85.63%,85.32%,and 85.30%,respectively,higher than the CK group 3.68%,3.31%,3.28%;The three groups with the smallest content of camphor did not contain camphor composition,indicating that different compound fertilizers The treatment improved the oil yield of the essential oil of the leaf oil,the oil yield of the essential oil of the essential oil,the oil yield of the total essential oil,the content of the leaf linalool,the content of the Zhilin sterols,and reduced the content of camphor and enhanced the quality of essential oil(5)The correlation analysis showed that the total biomass of Cinnamomum camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita.in the bacterial fertilizer area was significantly Fujita and soil organic matter,Hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus,and available potassium showed significant or extremely significant positive correlations.There was a significant or extremely significant positive correlation between the total biomass of Cinnamomum camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita in the trace element area and the essential oil content and linalool content,and significant negative correlation with the content of camphor.The total biomass and soil organic matter,hydrolyzable nitrogen and available phosphorus positive correlation with available potassium.The total biomass of Cinnamomum camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita in the compound fertilizer area was significantly positively correlated with the content of aromatic oil and linalool,and negatively correlated with the content of camphor.The total biomass of Cinnamomum camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita.and soil organic matter,hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium were significant or highly significant positive correlation.(6)In summary,the best combination of growth,essential oil content,and linalool content of Cinnamomum camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita,fertilization treatment was treatment 1(Yiduoli 140g and Yijunduo 14ml 1),total biomass,total essential oil content with linalool content reached 1587.85g,2.13%and 95.82%,respectively.The best combined effect of trace element fertilization on the growth,essential oil content and linalool content of Cinnamomum camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita was treatment 2(1500 g of organic fertilizer and 3 g of trace elements),and the total biomass,total essential oil content and linalool content reached 1485.58g,2.03%and 95.69%%,respectively.The compound fertilizer with the best comprehensive effect on growth,essential oil content and linalool content of Cinnamomum camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita was treated with treatment 1(N:80g,P:80g,K:80g),total biomass,total essential oil content and linalool content reached 1486.32g,2.11%,and 95.73%,respectively.
