Science and technology are the primary productive forces.With the development of science and technology and market demand in China,in order to meet production needs,the production mode in the field of mechanical industry is gradually tending towards automation,intelligence,and informatization.Taking marine diesel engines as an example,the cylinder head is one of the most important components of marine diesel engines,and its production quality and efficiency have become widely concerned issues.Therefore,in order to ensure the production quality of cylinder heads and improve production efficiency,this article designs a marine diesel engine cylinder head oiling workstation based on the oiling process of a certain type of cylinder head.Based on the design of the workstation and relevant simulation analysis,the specific research work of the paper is as follows:(1)In order to determine the overall design scheme of the workstation,the design scheme of the workstation is demonstrated based on the processing requirements of the cylinder head.Considering the functions that workstations need to achieve,they are divided into transmission mechanisms,oiling mechanisms,waste liquid recovery mechanisms,and other parts.The transmission mechanism is composed of a roller conveyor,a rotating platform,and a gantry manipulator;The oiling mechanism is composed of a spraying robot and an oiling platform;The waste liquid recovery mechanism consists of an oil pipeline and a sedimentation filter.Based on the overall dimensions of the cylinder head,determine the overall dimensions of the workstation and complete the design of each component mechanism.Use 3D modeling software to model and assemble workstations.(2)In order to check the strength and stiffness of the workstation parts,the statics simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the static strength of the parts to ensure that the strength and stiffness of the main parts of the workstation meet the work requirements.On the premise of ensuring strength and stiffness,the optimization design module of the software is used to optimize the structure and size of the parts,reduce the weight of the parts,and save production costs.(3)In order to explore the rationality of the specific motion process of the workstation,the3 D model of the relevant mechanism of the workstation is imported into the dynamics software,and the motion process of the spraying robotic arm is simulated by writing a driving function to verify the feasibility of the motion.By comparing the simulation analysis results,a reasonable spraying trajectory is determined.(4)In order to study the spray characteristics of the spray gun nozzle,a flow field calculation model of the nozzle is established and imported into the fluid simulation analysis software.By simulating the effects of different influencing factors on the spray characteristics,the optimal nozzle size parameter combination and reasonable spray distance are determined to ensure the spray effect.
