In recent years,China’s cold chain logistics industry has developed rapidly,but compared with developed countries,there is still a certain gap in the degree of cold chain in the field of logistics and transportation,which leads to serious loss and waste in the circulation of goods.In order to meet the needs of economic and social development,it is urgent to conduct in-depth research on the optimization of cold chain logistics distribution vehicle routing,so as to realize the reasonable arrangement of distribution vehicle routing,so as to fully tap the transportation potential of cold chain logistics and improve the operating efficiency of enterprises.This paper mainly studies the following contents:Firstly,the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on multi-objective optimization distribution vehicle routing problem,multi-vehicle distribution vehicle routing problem and distribution vehicle routing problem considering time window constraints are analyzed.On the basis of expounding the concept,characteristics and process of cold chain logistics,aiming at the optimization of multi-vehicle cold chain logistics distribution path considering time window,the definition,classification and components of vehicle routing problem are analyzed,which lays a theoretical foundation for model construction and algorithm design.Secondly,combined with the operation characteristics of cold chain logistics distribution,the components of the total cost of cold chain logistics distribution are comprehensively analyzed,including fixed cost,transportation cost,refrigeration cost and cargo damage cost,and the overall customer satisfaction function is constructed.Based on the objective function of the highest overall customer satisfaction and the lowest total distribution cost,this paper constructs a vehicle routing optimization model for cold chain logistics distribution,and designs a solution algorithm based on micro-evolution algorithm for the model and the operation characteristics of cold chain logistics.Finally,the gurobi solver,traditional genetic algorithm and micro-evolution algorithm are used to solve the vehicle routing optimization model of cold chain logistics distribution,and the efficiency and quality of the three solutions are compared and analyzed.The rationality of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm are verified,and it is concluded that the microevolution algorithm is more suitable for the model established in this paper.
