Submersible pump is widely used in water supply along the railway because of its compact structure and high integration.However,with the increase of the service time of submersible pump,the equipment parts will gradually age and the performance will gradually decline,and the expenditure on its inspection and maintenance will increase day by day,which may even lead to safety accidents in serious cases.At present,the existing submersible pump condition monitoring system is not integrated,and the monitoring data is not comprehensive enough,and the data visualization degree is not high,and the running state of submersible pump is not controlled enough,so the failure can not be found in time.Therefore,in order to reduce the cost of emergency repair and maintenance,prolong the operation cycle of submersible pump and shorten the time of emergency repair,it is particularly important to develop a more reasonable fault diagnosis and early warning system for submersible pump.First of all,analyze the equipment status and fault handling methods recorded in the existing equipment history ledger in the workshop.Through the real-time monitoring data fed back by the patrol personnel in the water supply station and the problems found in the patrol,ask the workshop technicians to make an empirical analysis of the fault types and causes,divide the influence degree,summarize the common faults of submersible pumps and their handling methods,form a fault problem base and classify and analyze the problem base.Using the grey prediction model based on the grey system dynamic model GM,the fault diagnosis and fault prediction of the running state of the equipment are carried out.Through forecasting,we can know the running trend of equipment in the future,and realize the abnormal diagnosis of voltage,water level and current data by combining with on-line state monitoring means,extract the characteristic signal of the fault,give the prediction of the cause,position and state of the fault,so as to decide the preventive measures.The entropy weight method is used to calculate the weights of the early warning indicators of submersible pump fault evaluation based on prediction and result respectively,and the grey correlation analysis is used to analyze the correlation between the indicators,and the early warning index standard is constructed with the guidance of workshop technicians.On the basis of establishing the judgment standard of early warning index,the early warning evaluation index of submersible pump fault is established and the early warning grade is divided.Based on the principle of fault early warning,this paper puts forward the treatment method of submersible pump fault,optimizes the weight of early warning index,realizes the prediction and early warning of submersible pump operation status and deterioration trend,and puts forward the preliminary pretreatment of fault,in order to realize the standardized construction of submersible pump operation and maintenance in railway water supply station.
