Electric high-speed locomotives have the advantages of fast speed,good comfort,ample passenger capacity,flexible operation,easy maintenance,etc.,so it is widely used in the railway rapid passenger transport field in China.The traction motors of the existing high-speed EMU are mainly asynchronous motors and experimental permanent magnet synchronous motors.To solve the disadvantages of traction motor in efficiency,power factor,and weak magnetic field,the permanent magnet synchronous reluctance motor is used to replace the asynchronous motor of EMU as the traction motor of high-speed EMU,and the traction converter system of CRH380 A EMU based on permanent magnet synchronous reluctance motor is analyzed and studied,and the simulation is carried out with MATLAB/Simulink software,The feasibility of the studied control system and the advantages of PMSM are verified.The main research contents are as follows:First,the circuit parameters of the single-phase full-bridge voltage PWM rectifier(singlephase full-bridge VSR)are theoretically derived and calculated.The value ranges of inductance on the AC side and capacitance on the DC side are analyzed and studied,and the exact values of inductance on the AC side and capacitance on the DC side are determined according to simulation debugging research.Obtaining inductance parameters at the AC side can meet the requirements of steady state performance index of active and reactive power of rectifier and current tracking speed;The DC side capacitance parameters can be obtained to suppress the harmonic pulse and meet the following performance of the DC side voltage.Secondly,for the inverter drive control system of the permanent magnet synchronous reluctance motor,combined with the space vector pulse width modulation technology,the single current regulator weak magnetic control and the maximum torque current ratio(MTPA)coordinated control strategy is studied,and the permanent magnet synchronous auxiliary reluctance motor full-speed control is realized.The simulation results show that the control can adjust the motor speed and torque,and the system has good dynamic response and robustness.Finally,MATLAB/Simulink is used to simulate the traction converter simulation system and analyze the overall simulation.The results show that the system responds quickly and can reach a stable state when the working condition changes.The feasibility and effectiveness of the traction converter system and control strategy studied in this paper are verified.
