The domestic economy is developing rapidly,people’s increasing demand for energy in industrial production and daily life.With this,the problem of energy waste and environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious.China’s heating enterprises still use centralized heating,which causes a lot of wasted resources during the annual heating period.With the development of information technology and Internet of Things(IoT)technology,it has brought changes to the heating industry.The existing heating system monitoring and management platform cannot present the operation status of the heating system to users using a three-dimensional approach,and cannot preview the operation of the heating system according to different heating environments.To address the above issues,this thesis work as follows:First,the heating simulation system designed in this thesis,the user can change the outdoor ambient temperature by modifying the weather state,so as to change the heating environment,so that the heating simulation system can preview the operation of the heating system under different heating environments;the user can change the heating injection location and measure the temperature of the primary network water entry location,so that the heating simulation system can preview the heat transfer state of different heating injection locations The heating simulation system designed in this thesis is able to intervene in the operation of the heating system according to the current temperature of the heat consumers and the demand temperature;if the temperature of the heat consumers is higher than the demand temperature,the heating power will be reduced,and in any case,the heating power will be increased.Second,unlike the existing heating system monitoring and management platforms,the heating simulation system based on virtual reality technology is able to represent the operation of the heating system in a three-dimensional manner.Therefore,the heating equipment in the heating system and the scenes around the heating sites need to be modeled.In addition to the aforementioned 3D model,dynamic simulation of the fluid inside the tank is required in order to represent the fluid motion state in 3D,The simulation of the fluid motion is performed using the SPH algorithm:(1)perform neighboring particle search for fluid particles;(2)perform force analysis on fluid particles;(3)traverse neighboring particles and perform force calculation;(4)calculate fluid particle velocity;(5)process collisions of fluid particles and container walls and update fluid particle velocity.Finally,in order to visually represent the process of temperature change in the heating system,the heat transfer coefficient and the related content of SPH algorithm are applied to the calculation of fluid particle temperature,and the corresponding color map and color mapping function are developed to complete the mapping of fluid particle temperature values and color values to complete the threedimensional visualization of fluid heat transfer.
