| Drug trials are an essential step in the process of developing and bringing new drugs to market.However,drug trials are error-prone,have long lead times,and require significant cost support.Traditional test chamber monitoring systems have multiple problems,including small data sharing scope,limited alarm notification,and poor real-time control.These problems are difficult to meet the current needs of remote multi-terminal and multi-role sharing of data,real-time distribution of control instructions,and disconnected data protection.In response to the national call for intelligent medical construction and to shorten the drug test cycle,a certain type of drug stability test chamber joined the new technology such as fog computing,and developed a certain type of drug stability test chamber monitoring system based on cloud-fog collaboration,which can guarantee the acquisition and sharing of test data.The monitoring system includes four parts: cloud service,fog service,equipment side and mobile side.The main work of this paper includes:(1)Study the system requirements and architecture of the cloud and fog collaborative monitoring system,and conduct detailed research and design of the four part architecture of cloud service,fog service,device end and mobile end,and make corresponding technology selection for its implementation method.(2)Research on cloud-fog collaborative storage technology,apply data protection scheme based on AES algorithm and Reed-Solomon encoding,propose the implementation method of placing fog services one-to-one in the device;research on system security technology,design protection from three most harmful attacks,SQL injection,XSS attack and CRSF attack,to protect system and database security;research on fog service placement technology,and propose the solution of running the fog service on the rk-3399 development board through the And Server framework.(3)Develop a set of cloud and fog-based collaborative monitoring system services for a certain type of drug stability test chamber,the design of the database,system services include cloud services data center and fog services near the drug test chamber equipment.The cloud service data center is the key to multi-terminal and multi-role data sharing.On the basis of system requirements and design,the design of equipment data management interface,real-time alarm interface,system login and user data management interface are described in detail in the form of timing diagrams;the fog service is also described in the form of timing diagrams,mainly the design of control command issuance interface,data information collection and upload interface.(4)Development of equipment-side monitoring software and mobile software,equipment-side software using Vue progressive framework and High Chart image library to draw the interface.The interface is intuitive,easy to operate,and in line with staff operating habits.The equipment side is mainly divided into five modules: online monitoring module,user and system settings module,historical data visualization and analysis module,video viewing and user management module;the mobile side adopts uni-app technology,which is used to cooperate with the equipment side to manage the drug test chamber and personally receive alarm messages.After testing,the system developed in this paper can realize the on-site control and remote monitoring functions of the drug test chamber,and can meet the needs of real-time alarm pushing,historical data retrieval and visual analysis. |
