Remanufacturing is a process to restore the size and function of waste products as new or better than new products,including disassembly,cleaning,remanufacturing,reassembly,testing and inspection and other processes,which has important significance in resource conservation and ecological environment protection.The optimal design of remanufacturing is a key link to realize the recycling and reuse of waste products,and it is also a key technology to reflect the level of remanufacturing.In this paper,remanufacturing optimization design of waste products is studied from the perspective of remanufacturing customized life of waste products.Firstly,the remanufacturing design requirements and the development and research status of remanufacturing optimization design method at home and abroad are introduced,the basic theory and principle of remanufacturing optimization design are analyzed,the key technologies of remanufacturing optimization design are determined,and the research of remanufacturing optimization design of waste products is carried out from three aspects: customer demand,failure characteristics and life customization.An optimization design method framework for remanufactured products based on life customization was established.Secondly,through the analysis of remanufacturing design requirements,the remanufacturing life custom house model is constructed,and the transformation from different design requirements to key design parameters is realized.In this remanufacturing life custom house model,the key design parameters related to the life factors of remanufactured products are generated by constructing the key design parameter analysis module and the key design parameter generation module.Thirdly,the optimization design problem of remanufacturing of waste products is analyzed.In order to formulate the optimal remanufacturing design scheme,the key remanufacturing design parameters of waste products are optimized based on the two indexes of customized life and remanufacturing cost,and the optimal remanufacturing design model is constructed with the optimal customized life and remanufacturing cost as optimization constraints.Then the back propagation neural network-non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm is used to optimize the solution,so as to obtain the optimal remanufacturing design scheme of waste products.Finally,on the basis of the above research methods,the feasibility of the method is verified by taking the waste refrigerator remanufacturing as an example.Based on the general situation of the waste refrigerator and the description of the remanufacturing design of the waste refrigerator,the life custom house model of the waste refrigerator is constructed,the remanufacturing design requirements of the waste refrigerator are analyzed,and the optimization design of the parameters of the waste refrigerator is completed,so as to verify the effectiveness of the above method.
