The wire rope is an extremely important precision transmission component of the aerospace docking locking system,and its transmission accuracy will directly affect the Synchronization docking of the two aerospace dockers.Therefore,the wire rope in the transmission process not only bear the axial tension,but also need to apply preload to it.This thesis will use a combination of theoretical and finite element simulation method to study the impact of the deformation of the wire rope on the transmission accuracy of the docking locking system under the action of the preload force,to providing some value reference for the subsequent assembly of the locking system.The behavior characteristics of the bending section and the straight line section of the wire rope in the docking locking system are targeted by the force.The thesis will deeply analyse the deformation characteristics of the wire rope under different preloads in the bending section and the straight line section of the docking locking system,and apply the results of the analysis to the assembly of the space docking mechanism to improve its assembly accuracy.The main work of the thesis is as follows:Firstly,the theoretical equations of the wire rope are established using mathematical formulas,the geometric model and mathematical deformation model of the docking locking system wire rope 6×19 s+IWS are established.Its geometrical characteristics and deformation laws are studied,and the wire rope is modelled as a 3D solid using SolidWorks.Secondly,the space locking wire rope model is imported into the finite element analysis software.Pre-processing,solving and post-processing operations and other operations are performed on the wire rope to get a more realistic simulation.Then,the deformation characteristics of the wire rope are subjected to finite element analysis to study the influencing factors between the wires,including the effect of the internal and external friction coefficients between the wire strands,different wrap angles and different curvature.The data is extracted and deformation law under each angle is analyses in order to obtain more accurate deformation law of the wire rope.Finally,the static error model is established for the wire rope.On the basis of the original mechanical model of the wire rope is modified to obtain more realistic error model,and its deformation prediction model is tested to verify the accuracy of the model.The research in this thesis provides theoretical support for the subsequent assembly accuracy of the docking mechanism,which in turn provides a more meaningful reference value for the subsequent assembly.
