With the continuous development of science and technology,space gravitational wave detection technology is becoming more and more mature.As a key link in the space mission,gravitational wave detection in space can provide a new way to explore the universe,which is surely of great significance.Inertial sensor is an important part of gravitational wave detector in space.One of its main tasks is to capture and release the test mass,which can be accomplished by a specific locking and releasing mechanism.In the launching stage,the test mass is firmly held in the motor cage,and then released at a very small residual speed after entering the orbit.Finally,it is captured by the electrostatic drive system.In this thesis,the dynamics analysis and the simulation study of related performance of this mechanism will be carried out to ensure that its performance can meet the requirements of space missions.Firstly,the locking and releasing mode of test mass is studied,and three-level locking and releasing mechanism is determined: the first-level mechanism is locking mechanism,the second-level mechanism is capture ejector pin,and the third-level mechanism is release ejector pin.The capture ejector pin and release ejector pin together constitute capture and release mechanism.And by optimizing the release process of the test mass,the three-level mechanism can be connected in an orderly way,thus ensuring the successful release of the test mass.Secondly,the external interference model of the locking release mechanism is designed.The model can accurately obtain the relevant information of mass release,provide the required energy for the satellite,and ensure the safety of the satellite in orbit.Then,the dynamic analysis and simulation of the locking and releasing mechanism are carried out.By using Lagrange,which is a common dynamic equation,a dynamic model of the locking release system is established and analyzed.Simultaneously,by using Ansys and Adamssoftware,the key parameters of locking and releasing mechanism are simulated to ensure that all its performances can meet the requirements of space launch.Finally,the dynamic analysis and simulation of the release process of the test mass are carried out.By establishing the capture and release mechanism model,the adhesive force model and the residual velocity model of the release of the test mass,the release dynamics of the test mass is analyzed.The release process of test mass is simulated in two cases with or without external interference.Through the above research,the factors that affect the release speed of the test mass are obtained,and the related performance of locking release mechanism and the release principle of the test mass are also deeply understood.The obtained research results all meet the requirements of space launch,and can provide reference for the subsequent research on locking release mechanism and test mass release.
