Abstract/Summary:
Gas Turbine anti surge vent pipeline expansion joint is one of the important components of Gas Turbine,the core equipment of gas power generation.It is installed on the anti surge vent pipeline between the Gas Turbine compressor and the turbine(turbine)end,and is mainly used to absorb the thermal displacement and vibration displacement of the pipeline.At present,the key technology of this expansion joint has long been in the hands of developed countries such as Europe and the United States,and China mainly relies on imports.In this thesis,the structural design,strength calculation and finite element analysis of the expansion joint are studied based on the complex operating conditions of the expansion joint in the anti surge vent pipeline.In this thesis,a well-known domestic Gas Turbine manufacturer F class(300MW)heavy Gas Turbine anti surge vent pipe expansion joint is taken as the research object,and the A3 pipe expansion joint with the highest design parameter requirements is selected for technical research.Firstly,according to the layout of A3 pipeline and working conditions,the structural form of expansion joint is selected as curved pipe pressure balanced expansion joint,and the calculation methods of fatigue life,stress,stiffness,strength,etc.of the components of expansion joint and the principle and method of finite element method are briefly introduced.Secondly,the structure of the expansion joint was optimized,and the super multilayer(12layers)thin-walled bellows,the head assembly with both pressure bearing and load-bearing properties,the special hinge plate anti instability structure and the flared streamline liner were designed.The strength of each part of the expansion joint was calculated using the conventional calculation method.Then,the finite element analysis software ANSYS is introduced,and its powerful analysis function is used to carry out finite element analysis on key components such as expansion joint head assembly,hinge plate assembly,elbow assembly,and so on.The corresponding deformation and stress distribution of each key component under the specified load is calculated,which provides support for the optimized product.Finally,the conventional calculation method and the finite element method are used to verify the engineering case.The analysis results show that the calculation results of the finite element method are more consistent with the engineering practice,which proves the accuracy and rationality of the method used for the expansion joint designed in this thesis.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the design optimization of the anti surge vent pipeline expansion joint,determine the research method,basically master the key technology of the Gas Turbine anti surge vent pipeline expansion joint,and have great guiding significance for the technical research and development of the anti surge vent pipeline expansion joint.
