| Deep space exploration is a top priority in the aerospace field,and the research and development of sampler is becoming a key task in the aerospace field.However,the existing sampler has some problems,such as low working efficiency,unable to ensure the sample bedding information,etc.This paper proposed a design scheme of single motor three function sampler based on the advantages and disadvantages of the existing sampler.The environmental adaptability of the sampler was simulated and analyzed,and the feasibility and transmission characteristics of the scheme were verified by experiments.Finally,based on this,the scheme optimization design of the sampler structure was carried out.The sampler consists of four parts: a drilling unit,a driving unit,a reversing unit,and a sampling unit,the sampling method is drilling unit drilling,and sampling unit spinning sampling.According to the working requirements of the sampler,the detailed design of the sampler reversing unit and sampling unit was completed.Find materials extensively,adjust the clearance of parts to meet the thermal deformation of parts,and finally determine the material selection considering the ductile brittle transition temperature of materials.The finite element model of the sampler was established,and the resistance characteristics were simulated and analyzed to ensure that the environmental adaptability of the sampler meets the requirements.The principle prototype was put into production,the experimental platform was built,and the torque testing experiment of the sampler was conducted,the mechanism damping generated during the no-load sampling and sheet feeding process of the sampler was analyzed.The environmental characteristics of the lunar polar vacuum wide temperature range was simulated,the high and low temperature adaptability test of the sampler was completed.Experiments show that the transmission characteristics of the sampler are good,and the influence of temperature is small.The structure of the sampler was optimized.Adjust the seal ring structure,optimize its size,stress state and temperature adaptability,and improve the sealing performance.Optimize shafting support and improve shafting stiffness and temperature adaptability.The sampler integrated the three working modes of drilling,sampling and chip feeding through a single motor with three functions,it is lightweight and functional,and effectively compatible with many advantages,such as light weight,low power consumption,multi-point and multiple specified depth quantitative sampling,and can save the depth information of lunar soil section.The feasibility and temperature adaptability of the principle prototype were verified,which a new idea for the miniaturization and lightweight design of the sampler was provided. |
