By the end of 2021,the annual output of China’s main biomass resources is about 3.494billion tons, and the development potential of biomass resources as energy utilization is 460million tons of standard coal, which can largely alleviate the current energy shortage in China.Biomass pyrolysis and gasification is a key technology for the conversion of agricultural and forestry wastes to clean gas.The generated synthetic gas can replace natural gas and other fossil fuels to achieve the supply of gas, heat and electricity. However,at present, biomass pyrolysis and gasification have the problems of low carbon conversion rate, low calorific value of gasification gas and high tar content, and the utilization of gasification gas is limited,Because of its easy preparation, good catalytic performance and no environmental pollution caused by combustion,HHO overcomes the problems of slagging and uneven reaction contact caused by other solid catalysts in use.In this thesis, firstly,a fixed-bed micro-experimental platform of Brownian gas(HHO)-biomass pyrolysis and gasification was set up.In the nitrogen atmosphere, the concentration of each component in the flue gas produced by the pyrolysis and gasification of pine and straw was observed by a flue gas analyzer, and whether the addition of HHO could accelerate the carbon conversion rate was explored. The pyrolysis and gasification characteristics of pine and straw under different conditions were studied, and different reaction temperatures and different proportions of Brownian gas(HHO)were introduced. The experimental conclusions are as follows:Under conventional conditions, there will be a peak during the pyrolysis and gasification process of pine wood and straw, with the curve initially increasing and then decreasing.Compared to the absence of a catalyst, using Brown gas(HHO)as a catalyst, the volume fractions of CO,CH4,and H2 have increased, while the volume fraction of CO2 has decreased. This confirms that Brown gas(HHO)has a catalytic effect on the pyrolysis and gasification of biomass and has good economic performance. The highest concentrations of CO,CH4,and H2 were observed in the catalytic pyrolysis experiment of pine wood using 2%Brown gas, with peak concentrations of 1.66%,0.59%,and 4.58%,respectively.The highest concentrations of CO,CH4,and H2 were observed in the catalytic gasification experiment of pine wood using 2%Brown gas, with peak concentrations of 7.68%,0.5%,and 3.41%,respectively.The highest concentrations of CO,CH4,and H2were observed in the catalytic pyrolysis experiment of straw using 2%Brown gas, with peak concentrations of 1.48%,0.47%,and 2.52%,respectively,In the catalytic gasification experiment of straw with 2%Brown gas concentration, the highest peak concentrations of CO,CH4,and H2were 3.49%,0.51%,and 3.47%.
