Research On The Design Of Public Hand Disinfection Products In Hospitals Based On Service Design Concept

Disease comes from the mouth,bacteria borrow a hand.Human hands not only created abundant material civilization,but also became an important control of human health.At present,after human experience infectious SARS,avian influenza,hand,foot and mouth disease,H1N1 influenza and other infectious diseases,people’s awareness of rival hygiene is gradually increasing.In particular,the occurrence of COVID-19 and other public health emergencies has made the whole society once again pay attention to the elimination and blockage of hand bacteria,and the importance of hand hygiene has been elevated to a new height.Medical public hand disinfection products as a hospital in the special place,medical staff is the most direct user groups,because of the nature of work,become the hand contact "high-risk groups",if the hand disinfection does not reach the designated position,will face high risk of cross infection,in order to reduce the risk,optimize medical public hand disinfection products is imperative.From the perspective of service design,this paper takes the hospital as the target place and the medical staff as the target user group.How to redesign the public hand disinfection products in hospital places to meet the real needs of users is the key research content of this article.first,An overview of the service design concept,service design process,tools and methods,Provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent product design;next,Using research methods such as literature research,example research and field visits,In-depth study of the current situation of the existing traditional hand disinfection products,Combined with the current situation analysis of the design cases of public hand disinfection products at home and abroad,Summarize the shortcomings of traditional hand disinfection products;once more,Implement the user-centered core concept,Exploring the psychological and physiological characteristics of the target users,By building insights into the actual needs of direct and indirect user journey maps,stakeholder maps,and service blueprints,Looking for design opportunity points,Introduce innovative coping strategies for medical public hand disinfection products;last,Carry out the product design practice according to the design strategy of convenience,interactive humanization,diversified functions and modular structure.The redesigned medical public hand disinfection products explore new behavior modes,improve the product service process,and strive to solve a series of problems such as single function of traditional hand disinfection products and troublesome pressing operation,so as to make the design of medical public hand disinfection products more useful,easy to use and efficient,and improve the user experience of the products.Medical public hand disinfection products under the service concept have expanded a new development direction for the future research in the field of disinfection products,effectively reduced the public health risks,and guaranteed people’s life safety and health.
