With the advent of Industry 4.0 and Industrial Internet,the Internet of Things equipment has shown explosive growth,and the requirements for intelligent equipment are also increasing.The working environment of mining machinery is harsh,which puts forward higher requirements for the performance,quality,durability and reliability of the gearbox.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor the state of the equipment in real time.Aiming at the application of Internet of Things in smart mines,this paper proposes a gearbox monitoring system based on Edge Computing(EC).The specific research contents of this paper are as follows :(1)Construction of gearbox software framework.The GBDB(Gearbox Database)standard based on REXS(Reusable Engineering Exchange Standard)is used to digitally model the two-speed gearbox.The flat data structure is used to establish the relationship between parts and parts,parts and non-parts,as well as the attribute information of gears,shafts,bearings,clutches and other parts.At the same time,the data exchange and storage methods of different working conditions,calculation methods,safety factors,industry standards,empirical formulas and other different requirements are established.Then the application of the actual case is carried out to verify the feasibility and rationality of the GBDB document specification,which provides a sample for the establishment of a general gearbox digital model.(2)Development of edge business APP.The development of gearbox software,in addition to the need for a reasonable digital modeling standard,through the matrix algorithm,the speed and force information of all parts in the gearbox are calculated at one time.In the calculation process,some methods to deal with special cases are proposed,and the causes of the error of the calculation results are analyzed.Based on the current foundation,the calculation method is improved to obtain a more accurate model and prepare for subsequent software development.(3)The business APP is deployed on the edge computing platform,and the Alibaba Cloud platform and the Jetson nano hardware platform are used for experiments.In addition,the architecture of the entire gearbox monitoring system is designed.For multi-source heterogeneous data,a Jacobi-type parallel data processing method is proposed.Through the edge business APP,the state data of the internal parts of the gearbox is solved,which solves the problem that the traditional method cannot effectively monitor the internal state of the gearbox.Secondly,the cloud-edge collaboration technology is used to design Web applications in scenarios such as smart mines.It can grasp the operating status of the entire mining area equipment,unify the scheduling and scheduling of computing resources,update the monitoring model on the edge computing node,upgrade the edge computing business APP algorithm,and process and generate effective data of mechanical equipment in real time.Reduce the operation and maintenance cost of regular maintenance,solve the problem of monitoring data congestion caused by insufficient data bandwidth,improve the intelligence of intelligent mines,and ensure the safe and stable operation of mining machinery.
