| With the expansion of the subway network and the growth of equipment service time,the traditional maintenance mode is gradually unable to adapt to the current subway development speed,and information and intelligent maintenance will become the development trend.As the power supply system with the traction power of the subway train,whether its state is stable will affect the operation stability of the underground railway network.The key to ensure the safe operation of the subway system is to construct the intelligent maintenance system of the power supply system.Subject on the basis of the Shanghai metro power supply branch related projects,in the Shanghai metro power supply intelligent operational system platform under the overall planning framework,select the power supply system data is relatively complete,fault is typical and reflect the key device uninterruptible power UPS as first research object,the existing basic scoring system systematically process analysis and test research.For the system scoring rules strong subjective weakness,data mining depth shortage,on the basis of fault diagnosis and intelligent control data provided on Shanghai metro,select BP intelligent algorithm to improve the shortcomings of the evaluation system,by selecting the appropriate network structure,network parameters and sample data scoring model,provides an objective evaluation for UPS equipment fault processing basis.Further explore the fault problem of the core component of the UPS equipment,and summarize the working principle of the battery and the main parameters affecting the performance.Through the selected intelligent algorithm principle and process,the classification model construction and performance optimization are conducted.On the basis of sorting out and counting a large amount of historical data of the battery test work order,a variety of intelligent algorithms with better performance are selected to build the Stacking model,so as to effectively grasp the changing trend of the health state of the battery.This is conducive to the timely realization of the battery state maintenance and fault handling,which makes it possible to reduce the UPS fault caused by the battery,increases the intelligence degree of the power supply system again,and provides a reference for the evaluation algorithm of other facilities and devices in the subway.In order to realize the engineering application of the research content,a set of human-computer UPS status evaluation system friendly was designed with MATLAB software,which generated different use and control interfaces according to the level and nature of the used objects,providing reference and basis for the improvement of the intelligent operation and maintenance system platform of Shanghai Metro power supply in the later stage. |
