| Facing the new era and opportunities, promoting the comprehensive application of remote sensing and navigation satellite technology is an important measure to promote the transformation and upgrading of scientific research and production methods, and an important way to promote high-quality economic and social development. This study uses the Smith model as the framework, combined with surveys and interviews,to gain a deeper understanding of the current implementation status of remote sensing and navigation satellite technology application policies in Inner Mongolia. It analyzes the eight performance of policy implementation based on four dimensions: idealized policies, policy implementation agencies, target groups, and environmental factors.By comprehensively utilizing expert interviews and ISM interpretive structural models, seven key factors affecting the implementation of policies for remote sensing and navigation satellite technology applications in Inner Mongolia region were studied and identified.By drawing on the experience of advanced regions in China,we studied and formed seven policy implementation optimization paths, including improving the policy system for remote sensing and navigation satellite applications, stimulating market vitality, improving the overall coordination mechanism, enhancing the policy awareness and level of executors, strengthening application promotion and science popularization, encouraging and guiding service-oriented target groups to promote the "scientist spirit",and improving the construction of supporting systems and mechanisms,so then a theoretical support for the policy is provided to promote the widespread and in-depth application of remote sensing and navigation satellite technology in Inner Mongolia. |
