| Under the impact of high-speed rail civil aviation transportation industry the total passenger traffic volume of the bus passenger station is decreasing year by year,showing a downward trend.However,due to the unique advantages of highway transportation in medium and short distance transportation,highway transportation still has great potential in the short-distance connection of high-speed rail civil aviation and the transfer of tourism terminals.In the context of the rapid development of urban economy,people’s consumption concept and spiritual level are also constantly changing,and cities have higher requirements for the use of bus passenger stations.Bus passenger stations should not only meet the needs of road transport,but also have the task of improving urban transport efficiency,improving urban transport environment and improving their own business quality.Some bus passenger stations are facing the problem of transformation and upgrading.Based on the above background,the author selects Qingdao East Bus Station,one of the major cities in Qingdao,as the evaluation object,takes the post-use evaluation theory as the foothold,starts with the user’s behavior habits and actual needs,and establishes a comprehensive evaluation system that combines the user’s subjective feelings and objective behaviors through quantitative and qualitative research and analysis of the built environment,Try to find out the problems existing in the design and use of Qingdao East Bus Station and analyze the reasons,and make an optimized design of Qingdao East Bus Station.Finally,summarize the design strategy and development direction applicable to the current bus passenger station,and provide reference and basis for the design of the future bus passenger station.According to the writing structure,this article is divided into six chapters,with four,five and six chapters as the core content of this article:The first part is the introduction part,which describes the research background of this topic,clarifies the research purpose and significance of this paper,summarizes the relevant theories and studies at home and abroad,and then constructs the overall research framework of this paper.The second part introduces the theoretical basis and analyzes the relevant cases,briefly summarizes the relevant theories of post-use evaluation,carries out basic research on the bus passenger station building,summarizes its architectural characteristics,classification.The third part conducts a pilot study of Qingdao East Bus Station.Through the field survey of the research object,it finds its existing problems,and uses the methods of photos,questionnaires and interviews to explore the actual needs and behavior characteristics of users.The fourth part selects passenger satisfaction evaluation,behavior measurement evaluation and computer-aided evaluation as the evaluation methods based on the pilot study,and arranges and designs the three evaluation methods respectively,including calculating the weight of satisfaction evaluation index,designing the specific arrangement of behavior measurement experiment,and determining the computer-aided evaluation method.Finally,the post-use evaluation model of Qingdao East Bus Station is established.The fifth part practices the post-use evaluation model,and carries out statistics and analysis on the survey results,obtains the key points of concern and satisfaction evaluation of passengers in Qingdao East Bus Station,finds out the behavior rules of passengers in the station,and finally uses the spatial syntax simulation software to simulate the accessibility,visibility and flow direction of passengers in the station,and supplements and verifies the satisfaction evaluation results and behavior measurement results.The sixth part refers to the post-use evaluation results to optimize the design practice of Qingdao East Bus Station,and carries out specific optimization design for the surrounding traffic connection,streamline organization simplification,functional layout combination,indoor and outdoor space nodes and surrounding supporting services.The seventh part is the summary and extension.Based on the research of Qingdao East Bus Station,it puts forward a more universal design strategy for the bus passenger station,and considers and prospects the future development direction of the bus passenger station.This paper evaluates and analyzes Qingdao East Bus Station from the perspective of passengers’ psychology and behavior,and uses computer to assist in the evaluation,hoping to play a certain role in the design and construction of the future bus passenger station. |
