With the development of consumer culture,China is gradually transitioning from a productive and industrial society to a consumer society. In this context, integrating consumption into the renewal practice of historic districts, transforming traditional public recreational spaces into new types of consumer recreational spaces, namely recreational commercial areas,is the trend of the times. However, affected by the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia in 2019,the national economy suffered a setback, especially tourism, entertainment, catering, which are closely related to recreation consumption. The original structure of recreation consumption order that tends to be stable after the update was broken, posing a major challenge to the sustainable development of historic districts. In this situation, there is an urgent need for historical and cultural neighborhoods to learn from the past, face history squarely, understand its development context, summarize experience from it,and make corresponding adjustments to address this challenge.Spatial co-occurrence pattern mining,as a type of spatial data mining technology, can discover hidden information and knowledge in a large amount of unordered data.Based on the collected leisure consumption POI,the order structure of leisure consumption in historic districts at different time periods can be extracted, and then combined with complex networks to reproduce this order structure. The network can be compared from multiple levels,To understand the evolution of the order structure of recreational consumption in historic districts,as well as the response and performance of this order structure in the face of unexpected situations, provides a way to solve the above problems.Based on this approach, the main research content of this article is as follows:In terms of theoretical research, the relevant concepts of "before and after the epidemic","recreation, recreational commercial areas, recreational consumption","spatial co location model",and "complex network" were elaborated in detail, and the relevant research progress at home and abroad was reviewed.Based on this, clarify the methods for constructing and comparing the characteristics of recreational consumption networks in historic districts, including data collection methods for recreational consumption networks, construction methods for recreational consumption network models, and feature recognition methods for recreational consumption networks. In terms of empirical research, the Tan Hualin Historical and Cultural District in Wuhan City was taken as the empirical object.Firstly, data was collected for the construction of the recreational consumption network in the Tan Hualin District for a total of four years before and after the epidemic.Next, following the method of model construction, the "recreational consumption POI" is regarded as a "node",the "positional relationship between recreational consumption POIs" is regarded as a "edge",and the "per capita consumption price of recreational consumption POI" is used as a "point weight".The "confidence index" that describes the spatial positional degree is used as a "edge weight" to construct the recreational consumption network of Tanhualin Block for four consecutive years before and after the epidemic. Finally,a comparative study of the research network is conducted from three levels: "overall network features","key node features",and "condensed subgroup features".Through a comparative study of the similarities and differences in the recreational consumption network of Tanhualin District before and after the epidemic,it was found that the combination of integrated markets and Chinese restaurants is the agglomeration core of recreational consumption in Tanhualin District, forming the basic recreational consumption function of Tanhualin District; The recreational consumption network in Tanhualin District has a certain degree of self-regulation ability in the face of crises; The cluster at the intersection of Liangdao Street and Yanzhi Road and Houbu Street in the Tanhualin block has good sustainability in the recreational consumption network of the Tanhualin block; In the network, the overall resilience of the network can be enhanced by planning more comprehensive robust subgroups,an appropriate amount of resilient robust subgroups, and a few independent robust subgroups, promoting the healthy development of the network.Based on these conclusions, the relevant suggestions proposed can provide experience for the formulation of renewal policies for the historic districts in Tanhualin in the future, and also provide certain reference for the restoration and renewal of historic districts in other regions.
