With the rise of leisure and vacation tourism,the country actively promotes national tourism and leisure work,adopts a series of powerful policy measures,and vigorously promotes the rapid development of tourist resorts.Tourist resorts across the country are constantly emerging like bamboo shoots after rain.Although the number continues to increase,the landscape quality and environmental quality of tourist resorts vary,and problems emerge one after another.However,the construction and renovation of tourist resort landscapes often do not pay attention to the user’s visual experience,resulting in poor visual perception.In this context,based on representativeness,demonstration,and value,this article selects the landscape of Yangjiayuanzi Tourist Resort as the research object,and uses theories such as landscape aesthetics,landscape perception,and landscape evaluation as the research foundation.Starting from the perspective of public perception,this article studies the interrelationship between human landscape visual perception,and selects 24 scenic spots with main tourist routes,high pedestrian flow,and overall visual domain coverage as evaluation samples,Study the landscape visual evaluation and optimization strategies of tourist resorts from the perspective of public perception.Using the methods of questionnaire survey,analytic hierarchy process,GIS geographical spatial analysis,semantic difference method,IPA analysis,etc.,and combining quantitative and qualitative methods,the following contents are studied:(1)Objective level: based on the landscape visual evaluation theory,select evaluation factors,determine the weight of each factor,and use GIS geographical spatial analysis to score the scenic spot samples.(2)Subjective level: Through expert questionnaires,select evaluation factors and adjective pairs that are suitable for evaluating the visual satisfaction of tourist resorts,construct an evaluation system,and determine the weights of each evaluation factor.Select the public of the tourist resort,namely the main body of landscape experience,including local residents and tourists from other places,distribute questionnaires and process the data results to obtain scores for each attraction based on public visual perception.(3)Based on both subjective and objective evaluation results,the visual objective quality and satisfaction scores of 24 major scenic spots were standardized,and a subjective and objective comprehensive evaluation matrix was constructed using IPA analysis method.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)A visual objective quality evaluation system for tourist resorts has been established.Among them,visual probability is the most important evaluation factor,followed by the proportion of field of view.Using GIS for scoring,with a comprehensive weight coefficient,Xiangchou Pavilion received the highest score of 94.75;The lowest evaluation is for the Qianqianhe Hotel Plaza with a score of 41.(2)We have constructed a visual satisfaction evaluation system for the landscape of tourist resorts.Among them,the completeness of identification is the most important evaluation factor,followed by landscape richness.Through public scoring and comprehensive weight coefficient,the Jinbiyun Tea Factory scenic spot has the highest score of 80.53 points;The scenic spot of Zhushan Konjac Factory has the lowest score of 34.25.(3)A comprehensive evaluation matrix was constructed based on the objective quality of landscape visual perception and the satisfaction score of landscape visual perception.Among the 24 scenic spot samples,8 scenic spots belong to the optimal viewing area,8 scenic spots belong to the natural development area,and 6 scenic spots are in the slow improvement area.Two scenic spots belong to the priority improvement area.(4)At the macro level,based on the features of the visual recognition area,propose an overall optimization timing.At the meso level,the optimal viewing area and natural development area are collectively referred to as the advantage maintenance area,and strategies for optimizing landscape visual attention are proposed;Priority improvement areas and slow improvement areas are collectively referred to as problem improvement areas,and optimization strategies for landscape visual satisfaction are proposed.At the micro level,specific landscape visual optimization suggestions are proposed for the 8 scenic spots with the lowest visual satisfaction.
