| The deep integration of digitalization and information technology has become an important means to promote the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,equipment as the foundation of the enterprise,scientific and effective management is the key to the development of the enterprise,and the stable operation and timely maintenance of equipment is the key to industrial production.In recent years,with the development of technology,anomaly detection technology based on artificial intelligence has also been widely used in the field of industrial equipment detection,in enterprises,the equipment data collected by sensors can more accurately and effectively reflect the actual situation of the equipment,therefore,this paper starts from the actual needs of a steel pipe manufacturing enterprise,in order to achieve enterprise digital transformation and intelligent development strategy,To improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost,a set of intelligent early warning equipment management system is designed and implemented.The research work of this paper,first of all,through the field investigation of the steel pipe manufacturing enterprise,in-depth study of the current situation of the enterprise,elaborated the shortcomings of enterprise equipment management and the importance of equipment early warning,and analyzed the system requirements.Secondly,taking the main equipment of the workshop as the research object,an anomaly detection model of industrial equipment based on PCA-DeepAnT is proposed to detect and monitor the real-time operation data of the equipment,and the model is applied to the system,so that the system can detect the abnormal state of the equipment as early as possible and carry out effective warning and treatment before the equipment fails.Minimize the chance of equipment damage.After that,B/S architecture was adopted to build the equipment management system framework,and information was stored cooperatively by My SQL and Redis two database management systems.Based on the principle of modular division,each function module was carefully designed.Finally,the system was developed and realized on the basis of enterprise basic configuration,and the effect of the system in enterprise production and operation was demonstrated.After operation,the realization of the system can detect hidden trouble of equipment in advance,reduce the risk of production shutdown,maintenance and spare parts costs,improve the service life and cycle of equipment,strengthen the equipment management system of the enterprise,clarify the content,responsibilities and standards of enterprise equipment management,and standardize the equipment management process,thus improving the competitiveness and influence of the enterprise. |
