Process design,as a key part of the product manufacturing process,directly affects the production efficiency and qualification rate of the product.Especially in the manufacturing of key parts of large marine diesel engines,their complex structure and numerous features lead to common problems such as low design efficiency and poor process knowledge reuse rate in the process of process design.In order to meet the concept of intelligent manufacturing and the actual needs of enterprises,research on the key technology of intelligent CAPP based on knowledge mapping technology has been carried out,and the main research contents are as follows:(1)System scheme design.Aiming at the problems of current CAPP system,the overall scheme of the system is designed and the framework of intelligent CAPP system is built according to the technical demand of enterprises and the development needs of intelligent manufacturing technology.(2)Research on dynamic process knowledge graph construction and management techniques.Through process data acquisition,the knowledge is extracted using BERTBi LSTM-CRF model and Neo4 j graph database is constructed.The stored data are mapped to the data interface in the memory-forgotten model by ontology construction,and the process data are managed by using the memory-forgotten model,and the problem of interconversion between data in the management process is solved by combining the knowledge fusion algorithm to realize the structured storage and dynamic management of process knowledge.(3)Research on process route intelligent generation technology.An improved Mesh Net network is proposed,combining the custom data set creation method and processing algorithm of machining feature meshing data to get the network input data and optimal neural network to achieve automatic recognition of machining features of parts;machining features and related process information are obtained,and the process data in the process knowledge map is used for feature machining scheme decision making based on the knowledge map embedding technology,and feature machining scheme automatic decision making is achieved according to the feature The process information is used to realize the automatic decision of feature processing scheme;the Apriori All algorithm is used to realize the process ranking rule mining and the feature processing scheme and the optimal process route generation.(4)Intelligent CAPP prototype system development for key parts of marine diesel engines.Based on the above key technologies,based on the original integrated CAPP system,the process route intelligent generation technology is improved based on the process knowledge mapping technology,and the intelligence of the system is enhanced.Combined with enterprise examples,the system functions are verified and the feasibility and practicality of the system are proved.
