| With the continuous national regulation of the construction industry,the construction industry is facing a situation of large capital investment and high financing costs,coupled with the serious blow to the global economy from the New Crown epidemic,all industries have been affected to varying degrees.The economic downturn and the fall in market demand have led to a significant lag in the progress of settlement payments by construction units,and the total amount of accounts receivable and inventory of enterprises has continued to grow,resulting in poor internal capital turnover,which These problems have been curbing the development of the enterprise.Therefore,strengthening accounts receivable and inventory management is a topic of great practical significance.As an enterprise engaged in the construction business,ZM is also faced with the problem of collecting the "two funds".The article begins with an introduction to the background,significance and purpose of the study,followed by an overview of the comprehensive risk management theory and a detailed description of the methodology and content of the study.Secondly,the current situation of accounts receivable and inventory risk management in ZM is analysed to find out the problems of accounts receivable and inventory management.In order to analyse the reasons for the existence of the problems,risk identification and evaluation of the current situation of accounts receivable and inventory management of ZM Company was carried out,the objectives of risk management and the enterprise accounts receivable and inventory risk management checklist were established,and the corresponding risk evaluation index system was set up.Subsequently,the fuzzy hierarchical integrated evaluation method was used to assess the overall risks of the enterprise in terms of strategy,market,finance,operations,legal and accounts receivable and inventory management,and the evaluation results were analysed with the aim of proposing an appropriate accounts receivable and inventory risk management strategy for the enterprise.Through the research in this paper,a comprehensive risk management solution is proposed to address the weaknesses and risk evaluation results of ZM’s accounts receivable and inventory risk management,including the three dimensions of organisational system,management system,and supervision and improvement.In addition,six risk control strategies for accounts receivable and inventory are proposed in terms of strategic,market,financial,operational,legal and overall risk,in the hope of providing practical experience and ideas to other companies in the same industry regarding accounts receivable and inventory risk management. |
