With the development of emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things(Io T)and cloud computing and the improvement of the computing power of power equipment,the power system has gradually realized intelligence and network connectivity,and the smart grid has been developed rapidly.However,due to the heavy reliance on the Internet and real-time data,smart grids are also vulnerable to cyber-attacks.Fake data injection attacks are characterized by simple attack forms,high concealment,and strong harm,which can cause economic losses or even security accidents to the smart grid.Therefore,it is of great significance to research the defense against smart grid fake data injection attacks.The research in this paper will focus on the attack defense strategy and network topology optimization of smart grid,and mainly involves the following aspects:First,a defense strategy based on a competitive interconnection network is designed for the dynamic fake data injection attack that the smart grid may suffer.According to the network topology of the smart grid,node fusion,and simplification are carried out using the Kron Reduction method to obtain the equivalent topology graph and the corresponding mathematical model of the smart grid.Meanwhile,to improve the structural vulnerability of the smart grid,based on the zero-sum game theory,the resilience and stability of the system are enhanced by competitively interconnecting a virtual network with the actual network model of the smart grid.The stability of the interconnected system is demonstrated using Lyapunov stability theory,and the competitive interconnection is verified with the help of simulation to improve the system’s performance and its effective defense against fake data injection attacks.Second,to further improve the defense ability of the interconnection network against attacks,topology optimization of the interconnection network is carried out from the perspectives of topology structure and topology weight.By analyzing and comparing the performance relationship between connectivity and robustness of graphs,a topology optimization strategy for interconnection networks based on robustness is proposed,which can further improve the robustness of the system while ensuring robust connectivity.Meanwhile,the Improved-Grey Wolf Optimizer(I-GWO)algorithm based on the nonlinear convergence factor is proposed to optimize the topology weights of the interconnection network in combination with the proposed objective function on network weights.Finally,a simulation analysis is conducted with both the indicator function and the benchmark test function to verify the enhancement of the two proposed topology optimization strategies on the attack defense effect and the improvement of the I-GWO algorithm on the search capability of the Grey Wolf Optimizer(GWO)algorithm.
