Research On Cost Management Of Airport Logistics Company A

Due to the development of social economy,the demand for goods circulation is constantly increasing,which not only intensifies the competition among various units in the logistics industry such as railway transportation,highway transportation,waterway transportation,and air transportation,but also intensifies the internal competition among different transportation modes.Airport logistics is one of the important links in the modern logistics system,and it is an effective combination of modern logistics and traditional air freight.With the development of economic globalization,airport logistics has the characteristics of fast speed,good connectivity,high reliability,and strong security,which make it stand out in the logistics industry and make a significant contribution to the global economic development.This article takes Airport A Airport Logistics Co.,Ltd.as a case study,and firstly briefly introduces the background,purpose and significance of the study,and explains the current status of research on logistics enterprises,cost management and cost management of logistics enterprises.On this basis,the concepts and theoretical foundations of airport logistics,cost management,logistics enterprise cost management and operation cost method are reviewed.Secondly,we analyse the profile of Airport A Logistics Co.,Ltd.and introduce in detail the current situation of cost management in the company,and through investigation and analysis,we find that there are some problems in logistics cost accounting,logistics cost budgeting and logistics cost analysis.Finally,an in-depth discussion and analysis is conducted to propose some solutions to improve logistics cost accounting,strengthen logistics cost budgeting and strengthen logistics cost analysis.Through the study of this article,we can understand the current cost situation of airport logistics companies,and find that this type of enterprise has a relatively simple cost management approach and focuses on each link separately.Without comprehensive consideration,there will be a lot of unnecessary waste,and there is significant room for its logistics costs to decrease.The research on cost management and control can help enterprises achieve refined management based on different characteristics of costs and expenses in a separate part,continuously improve the operation process of service and guarantee,improve service quality while saving costs and expenses to a certain extent,thereby promoting the transformation and development of enterprises from extensive to intensive,and providing reference for the cost management work of similar enterprises.
