Gangue is a substance that exists in a huge amount in the world,and plays an important role in many fields,such as being used as engineering construction materials and producing chemical products.In this paper,relying on the National Natural Science Foundation of China——Research on the characteristics of long-distance pipeline pneumatic transportation of shotcrete materials in underground tunnels,taking gangue particles as the research object,based on the gas-solid two-phase flow method,the CFD-DEM coupling method is used to analyze the movement and Analysis of dynamic behavior.The gangue particles are studied by the Euler-Lagrangian method,and the pick-up speed is taken as the critical velocity of the gangue particle movement.Analyze the components of pressure loss in pipeline transportation.Based on the particle morphology and flow field characteristics,the movement and dynamic behavior of particles in the axial flow field and the collision characteristics between particles and the pipe wall are analyzed,and the characteristic point cloud information of gangue particles is obtained through CT scanning technology,and three methods of establishing special shapes are proposed.method for particle models.Aiming at the phenomenon that particles may be deposited and clogged during pneumatic conveying,the influence of particle size and particle shape on the pick-up speed is studied by two methods of experiment and CFD-DEM coupling,and the influence of different variables on the pick-up speed of particles is analyzed by the control variable method According to the law and degree,it is found that the airflow velocity has a significant influence on the pick-up speed of the particles,and the particle size does not have a linear relationship with the pick-up speed of the gangue particles.The greater the sphericity,the smaller the pick-up speed.In order to reduce the breakage of gangue particles during transportation,the particle size,airflow velocity,bend angle and air pressure were studied and analyzed through experiments and using the orthogonal experiment method,and the optimal standard for reducing the crushing rate of gangue particles and the pressure drop in the pipe was obtained as the bend angle is 30°,the particle size is 7~11mm,the air velocity is 20m/s,and the air pressure is 0.4MPa.
