| In order to ensure that the electronic equipment of aerospace products is not affected by high temperature environment,inorganic phenolaldehyde aerogel is used as thermal protection material.The surface of the workpiece is vulnerable,and the surface of the workpiece is weak,the surface of the workpiece.In order to realize the process requirements of rapid lossless clamp and position adjustment of such workpieces,this paper designs and studies the lossless clamp and position adjustment equipment technology.Analysis of traditional tooling clamp defects,combined with the product material characteristics of the characteristics and structure,based on product processing process requirements,put forward the fast clamp position positioning scheme,divided fast clamp and position positioning function unit,and design flexible clamp adaptive suction cup and three coordinate positioning,according to the product size type and clamp requirements,the functional unit of reasonable layout,establish a parametric model of each functional unit,complete the overall layout design of position positioning equipment.The spatial coordinate measurement instrument is used to identify the coordinate values of the characteristic location points on the workpiece in different coordinate systems,and the attitude transformation matrix and pose parameters of the initial pose and the target pose in the global coordinate system are calculated by the fast pose algorithm.The LM algorithm improves the accuracy of the processed pose parameters.A fast pose algorithm simulation model is established to compare the optimized pose parameters and the theoretical pose parameters to verify the accuracy of the method.The spatial coordinate measurement instrument is used to identify the coordinate values of the characteristic location points on the workpiece in different coordinate systems,and the attitude transformation matrix and pose parameters of the initial pose and the target pose in the global coordinate system are calculated by the fast pose algorithm.The LM algorithm improves the accuracy of the processed pose parameters.A fast pose algorithm simulation model is established to compare the optimized pose parameters and the theoretical pose parameters to verify the accuracy of the method.In order to verify the reliability of lossless clamping and attitude adjustment functions of the attitude adjusting and positioning equipment,the experimental prototype was tested in the field.The test mainly includes the position adjustment of the positioning equipment and the test cutting performance,as well as the verification of the joint operation ability between the equipment and the machine tool.Through the above research work,the attitude adjusting and positioning equipment can be used to complete the rapid and lossless clamping of inorganic phenolic aerogel thermal protective layer components and the position and posture adjustment of the workpiece.The equipment effectively improves the machining efficiency of composite materials workpiece,and provides a new scheme for other types of workpiece clamping and processing. |
